Ethan Carter came through in a big way! I recently purchased an out of State stacker trailer sight unseen. I hired Ethan to pick up and deliver over 2200 miles across Country. Due to my short window of delivery needs I also was talking with another freight company. Ethan was professional, responsive and delivered when the other company gave me excuses on why they couldn’t help. I will always use them with all my freight needs. I have already sent friends his contact info. Thank you Ethan for all your help!

Ethan Carter did a good job in coordinating our shipment. The pre delivery work and the delivery were without issues. In addition our delivery driver was on time and super cooperative. Kudos to Ethan and his shipping company

Richard Gomez texted me to brief me on the delivery. He said he would keep me informed as soon as the pickup by the driver was made. He provided such, with names & phone numbers of the driver, & the dispatcher, should I need them. He informed me that the driver would call two hours before delivery. He did just that last night. He arrived, called me to the 9-vehicle carrier, to say here’s your car. We both videotaped the entire car. What I have, he has. Wasn’t happy with the late $250 driver charge, that was not explained. I assumed it was included in the check I presented. It was like what funeral home folk drop on U as unknowns. I work at the local Auction, thus, I expected an unforeseeable! When I see the car this morning in the daylight I will have a better feel for the investment… Overall, I was very pleased with the entire process from pickup to delivery!

Ethan Carter provided excellent service transporting my car to Florida from North Carolina. As a result, I highly recommend using Ethan Carter/Best Way Auto Transport for your auto shipping. His fee was very reasonable and my auto arrived the next day as scheduled.

I’m very happy pick up on time drop off on time I’m very happy to work with you

Richard Gomez was great to work with. He responded quickly and clearly. Set up transportation to pick up my vehicle and deliver it in only a couple days from when I contacted him. The driver was extremely professional and my vehicle was in good shape after the transport. I would recommend using Richard Gomez at Best Way Transport.
