Contracted with Peter from Best Way Auto Transit to transport a boat. Boat was transported in a timely manner, however arrived with a bracket missing. Unfortunately, this was not immediately notified upon receipt and was not noticed until the boat was towed the following day. Within 1-hr of noticing, I reached back out to Peter and provided all documentation with pictures (that his driver took at pickup as well as delivery) to prove it was there at pickup and not upon delivery. Peter refused to work with me, despite the before and after photos (from his driver) and in fact continued to hassle me throughout the process - completely unprofessional. DO NOT trust Peter or this company as they will not stand behind their services and are anything but professional. JUST WANT TO SAVE ANYONE ELSE THE HEADACHE AND HASSLE - I have plenty of pictures and screenshots of text messages if in doubt!! I held off providing feedback on Peter and their company for 2+ months, but no resolve so left to share my experience.

Do not use. They don’t carry the proper insurance. Damage to your vehicle during transport will not be covered.

For second time i have very bad experience I am very surprised how they have 5 star with this horrible service they changing their price after they are agree and next day they will change the date of delivery I don't know how they getting business not any more from me. I have all their text messages if someone need to see it let me know to forward it.

Supposed be pick up my truck one Monday and delivery Wednesday and no Tex me if pick up only excuses no workin the truck to pick up no have brakes

Worst company ever did work from Charlotte to - ga they clam the customer never got the car . Also stated false information of keeping money and bad communication this company is not honest and lie when things don’t go they way . They try to put bad mouth own my business own central but I’m getting lawyer and have reported to BBB. When trying to false accuse a company please learn from me I have all paper work, recording of phone calls , in text massage . Full of it BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD . It could put me in jail but if your the dispatcher and broker and customer never got a car of no call or any thing why didn’t you call cops??? Full of it second how would I got paid ????? Full of it
