Peter.bPeter Brown of best way auto transportation insisted on a zelle payment of 325. And alleged the payment didn't go through, having already pick up my car in Florida upon arrival to another state he claims allegedly zelle payment didn't go through while it was well on its way , peter Brown alleged zelle payment he instead ask me for additional payment through strip if not he and his freight guy would not unload my car. So I had to make that 2nd payment using strip so they wouldn't keep my car . Till this Day he continues to allege zelle payment never went through although it was paid and Banks as giving me proof that on their end it was paid. Now am In contact with them again for the same issue after months of not returning the additional funds. I was DBL charged in addition to the funds to unload my car with the intention to take my car. I was scammed by Peter Brown as he allegedly claimed the payment still is pending am writing this July 2025 and Peter Brown is still alleging the zelle payment is pending and we both been on conference call with my bank and he today July 2025 had not reached out to his bank to help this situation as he was advised I demanded him to give me full disclosure that he's done so as he as to why he has not after months he has promised me I can trust him at his word my bank as spoken to him he never tried to dispute it with his bank and keeps making the same claim 325. Was paid out twice DBL zelle and strip he would return 325. I provided him the proof that the zelle payment went through and still had not returned the DBL.payment even my bank representative confirmed to him he promised s payment yesterday I waited all day even after the conference call ..he had not reached to his bank in regards to his claim I want the funds back Peter Brown you've had enough time and while on 3 way conference call Peter Brown as been recorded asked to contact his bank as he allegedly claimed zelle payment is still pending and once he receives the payment he will return DBL payment he's had plenty of time since has been making this claim as to why he charged me twice and promised he would return the dbl payment charged. Per our last conversation 3 way he and I and my bank..amongst several lengthy months

Very bad experience from this company i am very disappointed and they don't reply to there customers

I Got damage during transportation and left me alone dealing with driver without insurance. The guy name is Jacob he responded to me next day by text message Got the lesson to make sure

I would leave ZERO stars if possible. Worked with best way auto transport for multiple weeks. They were extremely responsive until it actually came down to picking up the trailer. On the first scheduled day of pick up they experienced a delay. I was not notified at all of this delay. It took me multiple attempts of reaching out before I was informed of this. On the next scheduled day of delivery they once again had ANOTHER excuse and now this time the driver had an issue with his truck. The pick up was once again rescheduled and this time it was pushed until the next week. I checked multiple times to insure they could in fact pick up today as the dealership would be leaving town for an expo and unable to accommodate a pick up after today for an entire week. They ghosted me on pick up and then once again had another excuse that the new driver had a medical emergency. They have left me hanging three days in a row and will lie and tell you whatever you want to hear. This company is a huge scam and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!

Their prices do not and never! Compliment their services they isolate you once their is. A problem and leave you to deal with the driver that was never theirs BEWARE!

BEST WAY AUTO NOT INSURED Update on my experience with Best Way Auto. They must use a simulated response to a negative reviews. I have been in contact with Peter Brown and he has stated that they don't carry insurance and are not responsible for damages done to my boat from negligiants of a driver they sent. As far as I know, Best Way Auto is not even registered as a business in NY ( I could not find them on the state business website). Unfortunately I have had to hire an attorney in order to get my $47k damages to my boat taken care of. We will see what happens. Peter Brown sent a company to pick up my boat for transportation and did not verify that the driver was insured. He was not insured and has never hauled a boat before. He did not even know how to hook the boat trailer onto the truck and did not attach the safety chains causing the trailer to come unhitched. Peter did not even know the boat was wrecked until I called him. They stated that there would be tracking on the boat in which there was not. I didn't even know that the boat was wrecked until 2 days after it was picked up. I have went through the driver's insurance and the company, DND Tower Logistics insurance and both claims were denied. This should of been the responsibility of Best Way to verify the driver as in their ads they guarantee experience and insuranced drivers. I am writing this because I do not want anyone else to go through the nightmare I am going through. I am not sure how there are any positive reviews for this company. Do yourself a favor and do not use this company. What ever company you use, verify what driver will be picking up and verify they are properly insured. I took Peter's word that my driver was experienced and insured. A big mistake.

Promised pick up before 4pm. Never showed and don't answer the phone. They're brokers making promises they can't keep

***DO NOT USE BEST WAY AUTO**** Hired Best Way Auto to transport a new boat. I was assured I would have an experienced driver and my boat was guaranteed to be insured. Driver showed up at dealership and incorrectly hooked up the boat, did not even hook upt safety chains. The trailer came unhitched and slide down road and into a pole causing $47k in damages. It has been over 2 months and I have been told the driver was not on the company's insurance and they would not take care of the damages. I will give further updates.
