Overpromise Tax returns to hook customers. These guys first over promise tax return amounts to bag your interest. And once you pay the fees, the guy you spoke to earlier will not answer your calls and someone new from their team will come and tell that, sorry xyz person did not consider ..., and now we cant get you this return. They are scammers wanting your money. A lot of miscommunication. There are people who don't know how to file taxes properly. Once you send them money, they'll be least bothered. Save your money and go somewhere else. worst experience

I filed both my business returns and individual returns. the assigned agent was very diligent in both filings. Since this years filing involved a lot of complexity due to RSU's and multiple refinances it was pretty complex and we eventually got the best refunds.
