BestpcadapterReviews of bestpcadapter.com

I contacted BestPCAdapter within days of receiving the adapter because there was a problem with the order. Instead of promptly resolving it, they repeatedly asked for photos, part numbers, connector information, and additional testing. I cooperated and tested the adapter multiple times. It does not work with my Sony TV. I then requested a return and full refund. The company told me they would accept the return, but said I would have to send it to their overseas warehouse, which would cost more than $25 and take another 2–3 weeks. Instead, they offered me only a 50% refund and suggested that I keep or sell the adapter locally. What concerns me most is that I reported the problem almost immediately after receiving the product. The extended timeline resulted from trying to resolve the issue directly with the seller and following their troubleshooting requests. I have since found other customer reviews describing a very similar experience involving expensive overseas returns and offers of percentage refunds. Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this company again.

Forget about getting a full refund with a return. They claimed the return would have to go through shipping to China at $15. They offered different percentage refunds until I finally got sick and tired of dealing with them and took the last offer. They did say to keep the power cord I ordered, although it's of no use to me.

They had the exact charger I needed for my six-year-old MSI laptop after my puppy chewed through my last one. It works perfectly! Because it was shipped from China, it took ten days to arrive from when I ordered it, which was expected. The package was delivered right to my doorstep with no signs of damage.

I used the docking station with an Asus zenbook ux331 laptop with a USB-C connection to the docking station with two Dell monitors using DVI and HDMI outputs. I first downloaded the drivers as suggested by the Plugable user guide then connected the system using USB connections for the mouse and keyboard and using the Ethernet RJ45 for connection to a LAN. The system worked flawlessly using the monitors as extended from the laptop display. This gave me 3 effective displays. I had previously tried a Dell docking station but the display outputs didn't work. Previous to installing the Plugable, I experience flickering on the laptop display when I used a separate monitor plugged into the laptop HDMI output (this has been noted by other reviewers for this laptop. However, when using the Plugable system I haven't experience any flickering on either the monitors or the laptop display. I have been using it a few days, so hopefully I get a long life out of the unit. I also exchanged email with bestpcadapter support before making the purchase and they were very responsive and helpful. Great purchase!
