J'ai commandé le 5 juillet 2026 un tapis rafraîchissant réglé et encaissée par PetCool le 5 juillet 2026. Je n'ai jamais reçu ma commande à ce jour 20 juillet ? Aucune possibilité pour joindre la dite société. Je pense que c'est une arnaque et je vais le faire savoir sur les réseaux sociaux. PetCool ne mérite même pas une étoile ! Je vais aussi porter plainte.

Stay away from this scam company !!
Stay away from this scam company !!! AVOID AVOID AVOID I ordered a portable air con fan, but it never showed up they took £44.99 from my account . Won’t answer the chat messages and turns out the company is in the USA and try’s to direct to another company , extremely dodgy - SCAM SCAM SCAM
