I ordered several tops to try them out and out of 7 pieces I ordered, 2 items fit so I wanted to return the other 5 items. I was told they will not take returns unless I wanted to send it, at my expense, to Dubai. They offered me a $54 dollars credit so I basically lost $118.00. Needless to say - I AM NOT HAPPY!!!

This company is Chinese. Their customer service stinks! I placed and order and within 3 hours emailed them to change a size. They said it was already shipped but I didn't receive it for a month. Very slow to respond to emails and have not been able to get a return label of a refund. Beware!!!!

I ordered 8 tops on October 20, 2021. The money was taken out of my account on that day. I didn't receive my order until November 10th. The clothes are very disappointing, cheap fabric, terrible sizing .I have been requesting a return authorization everyday since then and haven't received any reply. They have a 30-day return policy and this is how they make you keep their items, they let the 30-days expire so that you're STUCK with their inferior items.

Any company that doesn't have a customer service number to call, and doesn't respond to emails at the one email address they give you, shouldn't be trusted or used. It took a month to receive my package (although they sent me an email after 2 weeks saying it had been sent), and one of the items had very odd sizing (the bottom fit a size 12, but the top was for someone who didn't even wear a A cup). And guess what? There's no way to return it! They won't respond. But they sent me an email asking me to give them a good review! Don't use them. 11/25/21 update: After I posted this review (and one on their website, which will never be posted), they suddenly did email me and reimbursed me. They never told me how to return the weird dress. But I don't think it's worth the stress, I still don't recommend them.

MY EXPERIENCE IS NOT GOOD..I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT BESOIA ABOUT 7 TIMES TO GET A ADDRESS TO SEND BACK MY THREE ITEMS FROM NOVEMBER 9TH TILL NOW NOVEMBER 13TH WITH NO RESPONSE....I HAVE CONTACTED THE BETTER BUSINESS ON THIS MATTER...I WOULD NOT ORDER FOR THIS SITE..

Buyers beware! This company will not allow you to return anything that doesn't fit or you don't like the color or you don't like the style, etc. You can only return an item if it is defective. I ordered three tops. None of them fit well. They would not let me return them. I will never do business with this company again!

Ordered a dress and two tops. The dress did not fit and was not as pictured. The order arrived with no way to contact them except via email. I emailed them repeatedly for several weeks to request a return authorization since their website says I need one to return it. They responded with multiple requests to review my experience and send them pictures of me wearing the items. Once they asked about an exchange and then told me I cannot exchange items once I told them what I wanted for an exchange. I requested a return authorization. Ordered two tops and a dress and it has been a very bad experience. The customer service has been horrible and would not recommend Besoia to anyone.

I am reading all these positive reviews but ordered on 10/9 and still haven't received merchandise. Nor has anyone responded to my inquiries. I am disappointed that I have to dispute the charge.
