I purchased several tops from the company. First it took almost a month to get the items actually shipped. Most of the tops were great! Unfortunately one of the tops did not fit. I contacted the company and was asked to keep the top and they would give me a $7 refund. I again explained that the top did not fit. They then informed me that they would give me a $13 refund for a $35+ top. It was that or I would have to pay to send the top back to them. I found out the hard way that they do not have a true free return policy. Buyer beware!

Why is this site giving Besoia a 4 Star rating? This company is nothing but a scam. Just read the 1 star reviews. That is really what this company is all about because they all have had the same experience and mine is no different. I spent $280.93 on their clothing. I followed their size chart and 3 of the 7 dresses fit. I tried to return the others and like everyone else, I was told to keep the items and they would reimburse me $70 for items which cost me $155.96. That is $85.96 of my money they want to keep. I responded that I would not accept their "offer" and I am waiting to see what they do. This is outrageous! Something should be done about this type of fraud. I thought their prices were high to begin with, but their pictures make the clothing look so pretty and I do admit they are pretty, but the material they are made out of is not. Change your rating on this site because 4 stars will sway many people in the wrong direction.

Update: Chinese company Explains the quality of the clothing AND the customer service! They focused on the fact that i would have to pay shipping... They fraudulently advertise they are a USA company. They are NOT. The clothing sent did not fit. I have tried to return them and was informed by their customer service that they would refund $30 of over $100 if I kept the items rather than return them. They require authorization from the company to accept returns. They kept increasing the amount of my refund... I would not recommend shopping with this company, as they are happy to take your money... and don't deal with returns!! Shop elsewhere.

In a word, these people are liars. Their advertising is FALSE. I purchased an item for $48 which turned out to be unacceptable. When I wanted to return it I had to send them a photo. They then told me they would only refund $7 and if I wanted more I would have to pay for return shipping to Dubai. NOT made in the U.S. Bag item came in said it was from China. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Very disappointed with this company. I ordered 4 items and wanted to return 3. They would not supply me with return information and only offered me $35 refund on a $135 purchase. I said NO! Then they offered me $50 and told me that return shipping charges would be my expense and very expensive. I still said NO and finally settled on a $70 refund from them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! NOT REPUTABLE AT ALL!

This has been the most frustrating clothing supplier I have ever ordered from. Tops were too small and cheap material, tried returning. I have made several attempts and they keep giving me the runaround. Won't send me shipping information. I spent 97.97 and only want to refund 28.00 as they say shipping is going to be very expensive if I do not accept their offer of $28.00 to keep the items. They are not worth the frustrations!

The tops are all to big, there is no information as to where I can return them, no phone number, no address, I need to return all of them, where do I sent them? I am disappointed in this way of doing business. They finally answered my e-mail, I can't return them; they offered me $40, and told me to give the tops to some friends. My cost was about $130.00

Shipping is not fast as advertised. This is a Chinese company, even though they lead you to believe it is an American company. I still do not have my Oct 13th order (5 weeks ago). They sent me a tracking number, but it 'is not in the system'.
