I ordered a fountain and the pump stopped working within a few weeks. I reached out to customer service and received a canned response that someone would reach out to me shortly. It's been a week and I have not heard back from this. Total waste of money.

I’ve had the Alba fountain less than a year and the pump has broken. Reaching customer service is EXTREMELY difficult as others have noted. When I finally got through I was placed onto a “waiting list” for a replacement part - with no ETA for when that might come back in stock. So essentially, this is now broken, and within warantee, but who knows if it will ever be fixed. I would not buy from them again.

💩 customer service, emailed several times but no response. Don’t waste your money on their products, seems the UK is totally useless. I know I am not the first person to complain. AVOID, AVOID. Save your money
