As I am planning to move to France I was looking for french classes to improve my french ,that's when I found out about berlitz. I Visited their office here in tunis.The responsiveness and the courtesy of the staff was impressive . I chose the e-learning on cyberteachers. To be clear, the Tunis staff and the online teachers are amazing and I love interacting with them. However , the live classrooms ( by the reason why i chose berlitz ) are not as i expected : - 30 min is never enough if there 5 people or more : we are talking about less than 5 min per person as the teachers need to speak also - even if you join the advanced level you will find beginners and they have the right to speak which is with all respect not acceptable ( they spend more time to create a sentence ) - I was promised different teachers however I only had classes with one teacher except for a maximum of 3 times with different ones. - and the biggest disappointment is the content of classes for 3months it's the same subjects. It's the same routine : imagine hearing the same question and telling the same answers for 3 months and it's the same teachers and even the same 5 students . After a while it became boring and I'm literally not learning anything at all . i am accepting the fact that people from all lvl are learning together. I accept the fact that there is only one teacher. I actually like her a lot. She is amazing. but but but same classes no ! it's not what i paid for i even gave up going to classes lately cause honestly it's boring. I hope you will find a solution for this

Honestly, I hate the program. I paid too much for what I am getting. It is very business-centric. It does not do a great job of teaching or reinforcing learning. There is a short intro, but again, very business-centric (not generally applicable for other purposes) I would NOT RECOMMEND.

The course wasn't really helpfull in my opinion. The teacher never explained to me grammar rules, she was too quick and quite hasty. Then she coughed and blew her nose all the time. She was really annoying. I coudn't even listen the audio for the noise she made. The tools during the lesson didn't work properly. They were awful. The materials online had a lot of mistakes and the audio sometimes did't work. Only the customer service was really nice and helpfull despite all the problems they faced all the time. I don't know how many tickets I opened for assistance. Really really bad.

Deben mejorar la comunicación de la administración con los clientes. El maestro debe dar mayor seguimiento al estudiante. Deben reevaluar la cantidad de unidades que se trabajan en un solo día ya que en una semana fácilmente se trabajan 6 unidades.

I was looking forward to using Berlitz to improve my (intermediate) Spanish, but have been disappointed. The online lessons are quite boring and if you don't understand it, there isn't any support. The phone lessons do not correspond with the lesson you are currently on so they do not help reinforce/reteach the online lessons. Additionally, there hasn't been much support in the phone lessons for improving grammar, which is why I joined in the first place. This was a very expensive program for what is actually offered. I would not recommend.

Teacher was good but there was we were sent a link to learning materials and told they would be used or explained in class and that never happened. It’s very tough to learn a language when you are just practicing twice a weekk

My tutor is excellent and I have loved working with her. The school itself has been thoroughly disappointing regarding communication, clarity in levels and testing. Whenever there is a problem or I have a questions, the wait time is long and the answer is never direct rather, I feel whenever I have a complaint my advisor somehow blames the problem on me and I find it to be extremely frustrating. I have only continued using Berlitz because of how excellent my tutor is. The other employees are hardly helpful if it were not for her I would have left long ago.
