CITA INCUMPLIDA, NINGÚN AVISO Y FALTA ABSOLUTA DE PROFESIONALIDAD. 🇪🇸 ESPAÑOL — IRRESPONSABILIDAD / FALTA DE RESPETO / PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE Una experiencia absolutamente VERGONZOSA con esta inmobiliaria. Tenía una cita concertada para visitar un piso que estaba interesada en COMPRAR. Para asistir, tuve que pedir tiempo libre en el trabajo, reorganizar mi jornada y pagar el transporte hasta el inmueble. Llegué a la cita. NADIE SE PRESENTÓ. NADIE ME AVISÓ DE LA CANCELACIÓN. Lo más indignante es que, UNA VEZ PASADA LA HORA DE LA CITA, TUVE QUE SER YO QUIEN CONTACTARA CON LA AGENTE PARA INFORMARLE DE QUE YA ESTABA ALLÍ. SOLO ENTONCES ME COMUNICÓ QUE EL PISO YA NO ESTABA DISPONIBLE. En su mensaje de WhatsApp, la propia agente reconoció: “Ayer por la tarde recibimos una oferta a precio y el propietario nos lo ha aceptado hace un par de horas.” Y añadió: “Disculpa por escribir ahora, la verdad que me sabe muy mal.” Es decir, conocían la existencia de una oferta desde el día anterior y su aceptación desde hacía horas. Sin embargo, nadie me avisó, ni antes de desplazarme ni a la hora de nuestra cita. No critico que el propietario aceptara otra oferta. Eso es legítimo. CRITICO QUE UNA INMOBILIARIA DEJE A UN POTENCIAL COMPRADOR ESPERANDO SIN AVISAR Y SOLO INFORME DE LA CANCELACIÓN CUANDO EL PROPIO CLIENTE CONTACTA. Mi tiempo, mi trabajo y mi dinero merecen respeto. Una disculpa posterior no recupera las horas perdidas ni los gastos de transporte. Nobody showed up. Nobody warned me. Only AFTER the appointment time, when I contacted the agent to say I had arrived, did she tell me the property was unavailable. The agency had received an offer the previous day, and the owner had accepted it hours earlier. Completely unacceptable communication. A waste of time and money. Personne ne s'est présenté. Personne ne m'a prévenue. Ce n'est qu'après l'heure du rendez-vous, lorsque j'ai moi-même contacté l'agente, qu'elle m'a annoncé que le bien n'était plus disponible. Niemand erschien. Niemand informierte mich. Erst nach dem vereinbarten Termin, als ich selbst die Maklerin kontaktierte, erfuhr ich, dass die Immobilie nicht mehr verfügbar war. Äußerst unprofessionell. Schlechte Kommunikation und mangelnder Respekt gegenüber potenziellen Käufern. CONCLUSIÓN Si esta es la profesionalidad que demuestra esta inmobiliaria ANTES de una compraventa, personalmente no confiaría en ella para gestionar una operación económica tan importante. NO RECOMIENDO ESTA INMOBILIARIA. UNA ABSOLUTA PÉRDIDA DE TIEMPO Y DINERO.

Predatory Slumlords Deleting Maintenance Logs & Exploiting Tenants Do not trust BHHS Synergy Realty Group in Colorado Springs. Property Manager Jessica Roseberry and Broker Charles D’Alessio are running a deceptive slum operation.• Illegal Deposit Withholding: They charge and knowingly withhold inflated, illegal security deposits that violate state statutory limits. When challenged, they use intimidation and threats of corporate attorneys to try and silence tenants. • Warranty of Habitability Violations: They actively force residents to live with open wall cavity gaps leaking toxic sewer gas, degraded lines pouring yellow tap water, and broken laundry facilities left unaddressed for over two weeks, causing clothes to rot and mildew. • Record Fraud & Cover-Ups: Jessica Roseberry systematically deletes and cancels valid maintenance requests in the online tenant portal to fake a clean compliance history. Furthermore, their maintenance staff admitted they are forbidden from using or documenting the word "mold" under explicit threat of immediate termination. Multiple formal fraud, trust account, and civil rights complaints are being filed directly with HUD, the Colorado Division of Real Estate (DORA), and Adult Protective Services. Avoid this predatory company at all costs.

Had a maintenance issue at our home regarding a bathroom exhaust fan. Brent and Titus always address our maintenance issues in a timely, informative and professional manner. Both are always friendly, provide great communication regarding whatever the issue is and never leave a mess! Thankful for them and their hard work, always!

She is incredibly diligent, responsible, and truly knowledgeable about the Kings Cross area. Her insights into the local market were invaluable, and she consistently went the extra mile to ensure everything ran smoothly. What stood out most was her unwavering commitment to her clients. She offered honest advice and support throughout the entire process. The prolonged legal process and the late issuance of renewed EWS1 certificate from the consultant had caused some problems in the run up to completion. However, Gracie had helped navigate many unexpected hurdles and answered many late-night questions. If you're looking for a real estate agent who combines professionalism with genuine care, Gracie and her team member Isabel are definitely the ones to trust.

I worked with Kamika Bryant and her Broker Kevan Barnard at the Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Select office at 1924 Pestalozzi St. in St. Louis MO. When calling Ms. Bryant's cellphone with questions, request for updates etc. it was always full. When she did contact me I asked about this and was told "It's always full and will remain that way". also she said "I'm at work...". Why doesn't she answer her phone? I began to believe she wasn't full time as a Real Estate Agent. I asked her if she was full time or not which she wouldn't answer. Therefore I found out the head Broker at the agency she worked at being Kevan Barnard. When I spoke with him even he wasn't aware if she worked for him part or full time. What kind of business owner doesn't know if your employee works for you that way or not? Then Ms. Bryant asked me to pay for her gas money out of my own pocket for her looking at houses for me. After that she asked me for a personal loan after I bought a home using her and Kevan Barnard. When I texted his cellphone telling him she was asking for money from me for searching for homes then for her personal use never once did he respond. Pathetic both of them. Don't use either of them much less their office.
