Surprisingly this app does make you second guess opening an app and if it is really worth it. My screen time has gone down significantly.

Very good app

So thankful for an app that helps me spend less time on my phone and more time enjoying life! I like that it allows you freedom to set up your own goals and gives you points when you reach them each day. I plan to use this daily and charge my phone away from my bed at night.

It’s fantastic to unplug and be in the moment

BePresent has helped remind me that I’m just getting on social media out of habit, not need. It is much better than the time limits that I previous ignored.

I notice I stay on FB and IG less when I only have 5 minute increments. It’s easy to get lost scrolling, and it’s easy to put the phone down also. Thanks for such a useful app

Love the rationing of opens throughout the day concept. It makes me question if this open is worth using one of my ration and somehow it’s working.
