Wish I could give no stars.. there was no way to cancel my free trial before the $60 charge hit. It was not in my subscriptions and when I tried to do it through the app, it never sent me a confirmation email to login. Contacted customer support multiple times with zero response. I was charged almost $200!! What?! The subscription was $60 so how did they charge me over double that!? DO NOT USE!!

I tried the free trial. I was told I would be notified before it ended but I was not and I was charged $60. I contacted the app owner and was told I have to go through Apple for a refund. Despite lots of complaints regarding deceptive advertising Apple refused to issue a refund and once denied there is no recourse.

After the free trial I was not notified as i had requested when downloading the app and my account was charged $60. I am currently trying to get a refund - also the ads for this app were completely false. the add i saw on instagram said you could redeem points for things like classpass points, but at no point did i see an option to do something like this. Complete lie

Don’t do the free trial! I could not figure out how to cancel it and they charged my card. Very unhappy with this company!

IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY BACK - They also charged me for a year after saying it was weekly. I managed to get refunded though: As soon as they charge you - request the money back through Apple. 1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com. 2. Sign in with your Apple ID. 3. Select "I'd like to..." and choose "Request a refund." 4. Choose the reason (Purchased by child works well)

Complete scam. Took 60 US dollars from me with no notice.

Deducted 70 AUD without notice for a yearly subscription, Apple wouldn't refund any of it. The decision is final, of course, no explanation given. They basically took the money and ran. Otherwise the app works.
