Honestly such a good app so far, obviously i’m still on my phone but it has cut down the amount of times I open tiktok and it does make me think twice before being on my phone for hours when I have other things to do. Totally recommend, I wish there was a free version but i’m willing to pay the subscription because it helps!

It forces me to be more intentional with my screen time by reminding me, as soon as I open an app where I’ve enabled restrictions, that I have a limited period of time to spend on it. It has really helped me to stop mindlessly scrolling on Instagram.
