Easy to set up and use. My mindless phone use has already gone down significantly.

It helped me to focus more and use less the phone. And go be conscious of the time that I spend on the phone.

It’s definitely helping me use social media more mindfully

Downloaded the app to reduce my screen time. Annoyingly great! It keeps me off my phone and makes me think twice before trying to go on social media

It’s really helping me get closer with the people around me

This app is incredible! It’s helped me stop doom scrolling and wasting so much time on socials! I definitely feel so much more present with the world! Highly recommend:)

Great app for screen time accountability!!

Using this app has immediately cut my time on the phone.
