Best customer service ever
Best customer service ever! I ordered the infra red wrap plus knee/ shoulder brace. The product was fine but there was an issue with the switch for the wrap and the shoulder brace would not charge up. After some emails back and forth, bepainfree decided there were two issues so they mailed me a new switch for the wrap and an entirely new shoulder brace with cord for charging. I've now been using both the wrap and knee/shoulder brace daily for several weeks and the results are very positive. My hip pain has receded into the background, very happy about that. I agree with the video that consistency is key. I love that they were so willing to make things right for me. So again, BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
