BenzeenautopartsReviews of benzeenautoparts.com

Ordered a rear differential for my Lincoln Mkx from Benzeen , turned out it was defective had a letter from a dealership who installed the differential stating it was defective sent it to Benzeen they called me a couple times then stopped do not purchase from Benzeen

An engine was purchased from this auto parts dealer with a one year warranty. the engine failed before the expiration of the warranty and BENZEEN was made aware of the problem before the warranty expired. They were difficult to deal with and have now decided, despite providing information to the customer to the contrary, that they will not honor the warranty because, they state, documentation was sent in after the expiration date (although there were multiple submissions of documentation before the warranty expiration date). Complaints will be filed with appropriate State agencies for consumer protection.
