So apparently benworth capital stole 5000 from me. My money was never funded from my first draw as it says on womply! You can’t get ahold of anyone. It’s sick and sad! I definitely am filing a complete and hope they press charges. This has been going on since April 24th! It’s ridiculous to take advantage of people the way they have! and think they will get away with it

I was approved April 24,2021 for a PPP Loan by Womply/SBA, and Benworth Capital Partners LLC is the lender. However...i started the PPP apps with many diff. LENDERS so maybe I COULD BE ACCEPTED THROUGH THIS LONG DRAWN OUT PROCESS ! ITS SAYS ON WOMPLYS SITE, I HAVE BEEN FUNDED THROUGH BENWORTH AND I HAVE RECIEVED OVER 10,000 IN PPP FUNDING AND ITS IN MY BANK ACCOUNT, AND THERE IS NOT A DIME OF FUNDING IN MY ACCOUNT! REALLY?!?!?!? WHAT IN THE SCAM IS GOING ON HERE? I DNT UNDERSTAND WHAT I HAVE TO DO, AND MY QUESTIONS ARE APPARENTLY IRRELEVANT.....SO IVE BEEN WAITING, WAITING, WAITING, WORKING ....DAY AND NIGHT TO TRY TO REACH OUT TO BENWORTH..NO ANSWER...ALWAYS BUSY SIGNAL SMH, & WOMPLY NO ANSWER...SAME STUFF DIFF. I have been waiting on my funds to hit my account for MONTHS!!!!!! My status have been saying funded but no funds. I have contacted my bank several times because Benworth said the funds were sent, but my bank said nothing was never sent they never rejected nothing. This is down right Wrong!!!!! I literally been waiting on these funds since April. Phone lines are always busy no response to emails and even Womply sucks at responding thell tell u to contact lender and lender dont respond at all. None of this makes sense

Getting run around from Benworth Capital on my company's UFC Technology's PPP loan. SBA approved the loan back on March 5.

Benworth Capital really is just a fraudulent lender. I applied for my loan through Womply in early March, over two months ago. I was approved and had an SBA loan number within about two weeks. Benworth capital is my "lender". The first thing that happened was that Benworth apparently just lies. I connected my bank securely via plaid, and everything was fine. I had done the identity check (multiple times, just like everything), uploaded all of the documents they wanted, and everything was approved. When it came time to fund my loan though, they "attempted funding" and my "bank rejected" the ACH. So they told me to set up a new account. I reached out to my bank who verified immediately that no such transfer was ever initiated, and that there would be absolutely no problems with a transfer of that size or type. I emailed both Womply (and chatted) and my "lender" who I also tried emailing (bounceback) and calling (they have posted several phone numbers but none actually work). I reconnected my bank and I selected a new account to deposit the funds into. All of my accounts have the same name as my application. I submitted the direct deposit forms, all of the checkmarks were green, I verified again, and my loan went into "borrower funded". I can tell you, over a month and a half later, the borrower has not been funded. My bank can tell you, anyone besides Benworth Capital can see that my loan has not been funded. I have been emailing them for a month and a half. They keep sending me the same email: "You received a Funded notice because Benworth Capital has sent your PPP loan funds to the bank account you provided on your PPP loan application. It can take 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account. If you do not see the funds in your account after 7 business days, please check your Womply portal to see if your status has changed. Benworth Capital Quality Review Team PPPCustomerCare@B****Capital.co*" The first time I got this email, was three weeks ago. After getting an email congratulating me on my loan. I replied and told them that they never sent my loan, according to my bank, and all they do is send this email back. NO help, I am on the line for this money. That's the thing, I can't get another loan, I can't get any help from either company. Every day, for months I have been trying to speak to anyone from either company.

NEVER USE BENWORTH. IVE BEEN WAITING OVER 2 weeks for my funds to show up & it says borrower funded. Over 16 days I’ve been wanting. This is horrible. NEVER EVER USE THEM.
