As I read all the people who have been scammed by Womply/ Benworth . They have an office in Miami . Its time we get a civil suit against them.The SBA are doing research on them. I’ve connected my lawyer he’s on board and also is Help me Howard. We will get are money.They are going to be sued for millions of dollars . Don’t even bother or waste your time for a response from them . That BS is over . Keep all your records even the congratulations email from womply. This will benefit us . They will be out of business soon and we will receive are 1st and second draw.

I have been waiting since may for my loan and no answer email or notice has been sent back also my loan says funded but no attempts have been sent to my bank account horrible company and bad business all around

Benworth was my lender for the 1st draw and it kept saying borrow funded since April never received a dime from them and just recently I got documents ro sign and it was my second draw threw capital plus financial and within a day or two I had a deposit from them but never even seen the money for the first draw from benworth. So I'm looking up a number for benworth and the one I was giving on the internet was not even them bogus. What do I do about this?

Been on borrower funded since April with nothing in my account phones disconnected and emails unanswered. They have stole from ever customer lended to them. No one from benworth has been paid! They have scammed millions from people! No one who had them as there lender should have to pay back anything because we never received a dam dime!!

Was there a receipt wire transfer sent to you by benworth or does the money come with any number while it is sent ?

benworthcapital.com is the very worst. there is no way to contact them phones always busy and they won't answer email Womply is no better. I have been trying to get info on submitting my loan forgiveness for a very small amount I got for 1st and 2nd draw loan total of just $4,100 but I can't get any info other ten the SBA website. I know which forgiveness form to use, but no info on where to send. Womply is useless and benworthcapital LLC is even worse.

I have been approved for my ppp1 and ppp2 loan through womply fastlane, and both are in borrower funded status ,I only received my ppp2 loan and still waiting for my ppp1 and its been over 2months ,no way to call its always busy.sent email tickets no response. Can some please give me some insight

My ppp loan has said borrower funded for nearly 3 months and still no money. My bank never recieved anything from them. I have called numerous times and submitted service if tickets and still nothing. This is bs and I really hope y’all don’t get away with it. I will not just sit back and let y’all steal my money. I’m now recirveing emails to start my loan forgiveness and I’m not about to do that when I haven’t recieved any money. Y’all are crooks and I hope to see legal action soon
