I have been approved for funding, but never received funds, it’s now been over 3 months!! Seeking legal counsel!

Benworth Capital, and/or agents thereof, seems to be engaged in probable racketeering acts probably in violation of the RICO act. What they seem to be doing is acquiring funds approved by the SBA once an applicant has been approved and then labeling those accounts as funded. Once this is done they issue withdraw requests against the PPP applicant’s bank using the PPP applicant’s bank routing and account number. To either cover for the fraud in some type of simultaneous funding and reversal. Not quite sure on the particulars but it’s a working theory. They should be reported to the equally corrupt FBI and also the SBA, your state and federal representatives, the Treasury Department, and other relevant authorities who can investigate this matter and all complainants should seek to formulate a class action against the responsible parties as they have screwed people over in economically disastrous times. People are now homeless, starving and stressed out of their minds.

I contacted Benworth over 30 times . First Benworth stated they wasn’t my lender which in fact they where base on PN . Three weeks ago they said update banking information did that three times . Never made tried to fund my account now they claim I ask to cancel which isn’t true . Seeking legal Action

Womply/ Benworth just scammed me out of my ppp loan. SBA disbursed my money to Benworth . Went to Borrower funded to Lender Funded back to Borrower funded now back to update bank info with Email from Benworth saying the attempted to fund my account but bank didn’t except . BS nothing was attempted according to my bank . Telling me to open up another account . I have 2 days . Also telling me don’t open account in a bank or credit union But FDIC bank What? That’s ridiculous . I’m going after them for fraud. Can’t believe I ended up with these scammers and I’m suing them for more money that I was approved for mental distress also. I have a great lawyer👍👍

After waiting since April 20th for my 2nd loan that has been in” Application Secondary Review”.i took a chance and sent an email to get an update( i also sent previous emails to no avail). Ironically, they replied... 10 min later my loan status was declined

I never received my first draw loan I was approved for on April 29th. I have contacted both Benworth and Womply multiple times, each one blames the other or conveniently "misread" the information when they do respond, neither answer their phones, and one of them has our money! What exactly can we do about this? This is federal program. Where do we file a complaint?

Does anyone have a lawyer? I’m wanting to get involved on a class action against Benworth and Womply. My paperwork came fast but haven’t received a penny… these people should be held accountable. If anyone has info on a class action please let me know. Tonyaharmon on Facebook

Promissory Note signed 3 weeks ago and not funded. 5 emails have been sent and no response They do not answer the phones.
