BenlywatchReviews of benlywatch.com

The watch arrived after 2 months and it does work. The button to change the time does not move and the watch is useless. I emailed the company and sent messages via Instagram but no response from them at all. I attempted to use the refund process on the Web site but it says time exceeded even though I opened the parcel on Sunday and wrote the same day! I would avoid having anything to do with this unprofessional company and their shoddy products

I wasn't expecting a high-end product, but I was genuinely surprised by how poor the quality of the strap was. It literally broke within a day of receiving it. To make matters worse, I've been unable to get any response from the company despite trying to contact them. Based on my experience, I would recommend avoiding this company and spending your money on a better-quality alternative.

STOP!!!!
