Still a problem with cold chain shipping I had written to the comapny earlier to provide feedback on the cold chain shipping. I do make other purchase that are temperature sensitive and I must say Bened Life's fall short. For the record - my family and I have bought numerous bottles and unfortunately this company is the only supplier with no other buying options 1. The internal cooler box still comes untaped - the company assured me it would make no difference. I fail to understand how an unclosed internal cooler box within a regular cardbox box makes no difference vs sealing the insulated box up 2. To test - I left the "indicator" for a few hours in undesired heat conditions. The indicator still reflects it is within limits 3. Most telling - the box and its contents are warm when it arrived despite the indicator showing that it is fine Having written and explained and getting their customary replies - I am just holding my breath that the next purchase will be better

DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I have already Cancelled my l order before its even arrived because i can see Bened Life has an aggressive Company profits first business model that puts their $$$ over you as customer. I ordered PS128 two bottles for 161 with tax. A few days later Before it shipped I saw a huge sale they were offering... So I wrote asking can I do that deal where id get 3 bottles for what I paid for two. They said sure we will change it. That evening I get an email saying first order shipped. I wrote asking what happened??. and now response was you ordered and we cant do anything. Lol.. so I point out they said they confirmed they were changing it... NO RESPONSE. So I wrote several more times and finally get response. Just order the new sale and we will give you 40 back on first order. Thats a racket. So i write ... if i understang your customer service solution is now you want me to spend over $300 on something ive never even tried and to honor the sale you told me you were going to honor just BUY MORE... another 3 months.. WHAT ABOUT WHAT YOU SAID YOU WERE GOING TO DO ... AND MOREOVER WHAT ABOUT 30 DAY PRICE PROTECTION?.. Ironically this company is selling to people who are sick and looking for help. This kind of customer service and business model is not going to make anyone feel better. Walk away before you pay!!!

$247.50, and no product. Contacted Bened Life to inform company that their SHOP third party APP interfered with filling out the order and had added an old address into the order. I could not correct the address that moment or any other time because SHOP had jumped in. I informed Bened instantly and a customer service woman assured me by email that she had corrected the address. The package arrived at the old address far from home and was returned to sender. I’m out $247.50 and still have no product.
