I had a great experience from the initial conversation with the staff to the wonderful personalized trophy they helped design for my company.
Our company wanted to create a specialized trophy for a group of kids who are clients at our outpatient clinic. The staff helped me find just the right design and paired it with our company logo at a very reasonable price with a very quick turn around. They had good communication and made the small changes we asked for before they presented us with the perfect trophy. Thanks to everyone at Benchmark!

Outstanding Experience
This was a very good experience. They had exactly what I needed, and they accomadated my heart in what I wanted to say. Very good experience. Would do it again. Plus they did it in a very timely manner.

Great job! Did a rush job for name badges and did a great job
Benchmark did a small rush job for me! It was small but they were gracious and treated me as if I had a large job. I would recommend them to anyone needing trophy, name badges, awards any and all the services they offer. If my small job is any indication of the way they do business they deserve 10 stars! Excellent work! Great customer service!

I was "that guy".
My daughter was turning 19 and I had what I thought was an amazing idea. Find a photo of when she was younger...put it on acrylic or glass...write something clever...and have it designed, produced and delivered in 3 days. Easy right? Not so much. But here's the good news. The team at Benchmark made it happen. Even though the job was pretty small (I know they do work for a lot of big companies and universities) I always knew that everyone at Benchmark understood how important this was to me. And the best news...my daughter loved it. A lot. Many, many thanks Benchmark. I can't thank you enough.
