I requested my son name and it wasn't their but the message was good enough and the Customer Service was 5 stars.
Response from Benchmark TrophyJun 11, 2015
Hey Halimah, We are sorry that your son's name was not put on the trophy, the e-mail instructions were a little unclear on a name. We will be more than happy to produce another plate at no charge for the trophy, please just stop by if you would like to have that done. Thanks, Matt President Benchmark Trophy Center

Thank you to the Benchmark Trophy team! I needed a special plaque completed in a very short period of time. The Benchmark Trophy team completed the beautiful plaque quickly and I was able to pick it up and present the plaque to the employee during an awards ceremony. They provided excellent customer service, and I would highly recommend them for any of your trophy/plaque needs!

MELANIE F.
I have been using Benchmark for years, and referring others to the store as well. I have always appreciated the salespersons, who are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. The quality and turn-around time have always been exceptional. My one "negative" is the shop itself. There is an old & unpleasant odor, and the product shelves are sometimes dusty. It makes for an unwelcoming environment, but the customer service far outweighs this negative.
