It is a bad website. Never get the confirmation order email, PDF version or paperback book. Custom service never answer the call. I think it is a deceptive website.

Their website is clearly very misleading and doesn't state clearly that they are specializing in digital books and downloads only of them. I thought I was getting a real copy of a book and nowhere on their website did it state that it would be a pdf version of it. On their website, nothing in the description of the book mentioned that I would be getting a pdf. There are none! It even says "in stock" as if it were a real book waiting in a warehouse. After doing a quick search about them it is clear that other people were mislead that way, their reviews are very poor. l am adding mine to the choir of disappointed customers who trusted them and bought from them. I am not sure one can contact the BBB to have them look into their confusing and misleading website as the business is located in the UK, but perhaps there is a British BBB. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM EXCEPT IF YOU ARE OKAY WITH A PDF VERSION OF THE BOOK YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. Belomero is a very deceptive company using some deceitful tactics to make business.

Never received product. I ordered a book from them.

Please be aware that these are downloads only. My sister and I both thought we were ordering actual books. It even stated free shipping. We were extremely shocked to discover that we had spent our money on a download. When I contacted the company, I got a terse response, claiming that their home page states they are a pdf company only. This is not true. Not only do they not have a home page; nowhere did it state we were buying a pdf form. I am going to report this to my bank as possible fraud.

I just had the same thing happen as other viewers.I thought I was getting a hardback book only to see its a pdf. Has anyone has any success getting a refund?

I had the same experience as the other reviews here. I contacted my credit card to reverse the charge. It's less than $10, but if every customer does it, maybe they will change their terrible business practices.

Very deceptive !!! It never mentioned it was a pdf!!! I don't like nor use pdf books !!!! Totally upset over this !!! I want my money back to purchase a real book. I dont like downloading huge items on my phone taking up space
