This is scam. Don't buy from this site. Never recieved items and they show you shipping from USA to ,Netherlands,then UK. no where near my location. Stay away.

The pictures that are used to market the products that this company is selling are beautiful but the final product that you receive is atrocious. Bought a hat from the pictures and it looks absolutely gorgeous but once I receive the product it came in a white plastic bag and the hat was damaged severely. The company claims to have no knowledge of my product being damaged but proceeded to ship my hat in a plastic bag instead of a hat box!!! HORROR

Very poor quality. Was not sent in a box from California as advertised. Was shipped in a plastic bag from SpAin and was damaged beyond repair. There official response was it was fine when it left the wearhouse SCAM SCAM SCAM

I wish I could give 0 stars!!! After waiting well over a month with no tracking number or contact form this be company. I finally received my hats. Not only were they the worse hats ever made, they came in a bag all crushed and beyond repair. Who ships hats like this. Now I have to pay for shipping back as I still haven’t been able to reach the company. The email they provide isn’t a good email. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! It says ship from California…. Yea after it comes from overseas! BOGUS COMPANY!

Diabolical rubbish. Lots of blurb about family business and quality products from America. Then the inevitable Email saying your shiptment is ready. As soon as you see the spelling mistake you know it’s coming from China not USA and it’s going to be awful. Surprise. It was rubbish. Avoid bellyhatter

I received the order number 32373S61638, all wrinkled and of poor quality. I previously purchased another hat from this company, very beautiful and made of wool. With this purchase, I expected to receive a wool hat, but I received a cheap fabric hat, packed in a garbage bag. I do not want (and do not need) my money back (I do not have time to waste returning this garbage that you sent me). I will simply put it in the garbage bag it came in and throw it where it should not have come from: the trash can. Therefore, if the problem with the goods is not major, or there are only some minor defects, we highly recommend that you keep the goods. At the same time, we are willing to pay some compensation. What do you think of 4 USD? If you have better suggestions, please contact us for free. My answer: There are no minor defects because I received a product that does not correspond to the product that was advertised. I bought a hat that was advertised as being made of wool and received a hat made of very poor quality fabric. I will report the company to the authorities for malpractice. As for the $4, you can wipe your asses with it. I'll send a disclaim to eConsumer.gov; Better Business Bureau and Federal Trade Commission(FTC)

Ordered a hat from bellyhatter.com on May 29 2025 and I am still waiting for the hat to arrive. It is totally unacceptable that's its almost a month and I received nothing at all. Before you order from this place look it up on YouTube and you will see all the mess they are talking about. Tried to send an email to make a complaint on their website thru a Gmail account and it was undeliverable

Scammers! I ordered two hats: One of them arrived (from China) in a plastic bag (no box), with the brim completely deformed. Moreover, the quality is nothing like what it seems on their site, but more like what you'd get with a cheap Halloween costume, definitely not worth the $45 I paid (and the $45 was supposedly a "special sale", the item's non-discounted price was $85). The second hat never arrived. I've contacted support and they're blaming it on Trump's tariffs causing holdups at customs, sending me "a new tracking number for the second package", which was the same tracking number for the package I already received (only one [damaged] item), suggesting I'd lost the second had and overall, just stalling for time without offering any solutions. Stay clear of these scammers... Update: I paid for my order with PayPal, so I submitted a dispute. After the seller offered me a $10 refund, I escalated it to a claim for PayPal to review. They settled the case in my favor, and I've been reimbursed the full amount of my order. Don't let them get away with it, fight to get your money back if you fall victim to these scammers! Lessons learned: 1) Always check TrustPilot BEFORE buying from an establishment you're not familiar with. 2) Always pay with PayPal or any other platform that offers solid buyer protection so you can get reimbursed in case of a scam.
