Unfortunately I have to corroborate others' opinions and express my disappointment. The porkpie I ordered is a medium (not a large, as ordered), made from cheap materials - it's like a Halloween costume hat or party hat in its quality - and was packed loose in a thin bag instead of a box and arrived crushed. All after waiting a month for delivery. Money wasted.

Awful experience. Hat arrived unboxed and was crushed to the point that the cheap material used couldn’t be reshaped and the cardboard in the hat was bent. Sadly bellyhats do not value customer experience and have refused a refund. DO NOT PUR HASE FROM THEM. Hats are poor quality!!!

Bellyhat customer service and after sales is an absolute scam, if it even exists at all. I ordered a fedora gents hat for a gift to.my husband with VIP delivery. It took 6 weeks to arrive and was delivered crushed. It had not been packaged with any.kind of protection, just put in a plastic bag. No care or respect for the delicate item.being shipped from China to Europe. Hence arrived smashed and unwearable. They refuse to give me a returns address to send the damaged hat back, and refuse to give a refund of any significance and offering 4 USdollars. Do not use this company they are true scammers.

Chinease scammers that use contacts in the usa to send out inferior goods for them and provide you with a fake tracking route to make it look as if it comes from china directly. I got my money back from paypal pretty quickly as paypal are investigating them as well, and will be revoking them from the paypal platform. The customer service is fake also as they use bots to correspond with you. I changed my bank card mins after discovering they were fake. Received a cheap soft felt hat which I promptly put in the trash. There was an address sent by their scammer partner in the usa on the package. HEATHERSB MOTTSY 550 MIDDLE COUNTRY ROAD, CORAM NY. Its actually an address of storage units.

Bellyhat.com is a FRAUD. Do NOT ORDER. Unfortunately I did not read the reviews before ordering 2 months ago and I get a response only that the item is shipped. They have no idea where the item is and they refuse to give me a refund. Customer service is non existent.

Ordered the hat over a month ago, shipping tracker stopped tracking over 2 weeks ago, the company replies with automated messages, no real person to speak with. As far as I can tell this company is a scam. I would never recommend anyone ordering from them and am trying to get their adds removed from Facebook.

Ordered a hat as a Christmas present. Still have not received it and tracking hasn't moved in 2 weeks. Tried to email the company and they keep telling me they can't find the order-even when I sent them a copy of the order confirmation. Terrible company. Terrible customer service. Stay away!!!

Utterly pathetic. Flat and bent out of shape. Broken. Just wish I had seen this before I ordered and wasted $69
