These hats are not as they appear on the website. They are poorly constructed and this company should not be open for business. Customer service is indeed a joke a claim through my bank has been filed.

I purchased 3 hats from this seller and they added An additional amount on my credit card Which Which paypal made them give it back to me. all of the hats came in crush as indicated in the photo. In fact it took two months for me to receive them And only after I contacted paypal. I may be contacted me

I have to agree with everyone else on here - the company is not reputable at all. The hat was sent in a plastic bag (not a box as advertised on their website) so arrived completely crushed and unwearable. Customer service is a joke - offered just US$4 as compensation on a $50 hat. Will have to pursue a claim with my credit card company to see if I can get my money back. Whatever you do DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company. *UPDATE * Pursued this with my credit card company, and got a full refund!

A complete waste of time, money and aggravation. After waiting more than 30 days, received two flimsy cheap hats crammed in my mailbox in plastic bags. Hats were smashed and unbearable. This is a case of total misrepresentation. Wish I could attach a picture, disgusting.

this is a scam don't order anything from them

I have ordered two Fedora’s and received incorrect sizes after two months. Requested a full refund but they assured me they will send the correct sizes. After another two months, I received one hat and again, incorrect size. When I wrote back to them, they offered me $6 to keep them instead of full refund.

Pay Attention. The Hat I got was packed in a Plastic Bag and came from China. Total junk....It ist only good for the fire.... Don't buy here! I hope Paypal will return my money...

I PURCHASED A LUXURY HAT FROM BELLISHAT AND IT WAS DELIVERED IN A PLASTIC BAG. (THE HAT WAS SMASHED UP!) I NEEDED THE HAT FOR MY BDAY PARTY TO WEAR WITH MY TUXEDO. I RETURNED THE HAT IMMEDIATELY TO SENDER. BUT BELLISHAT HAS NOT AND WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY!
