Bellyhat.com is a FRAUD. Do NOT ORDER. Unfortunately I did not read the reviews before ordering 2 months ago and I get a response only that the item is shipped. They have no idea where the item is and they refuse to give me a refund. Customer service is non existent

If I could rate 0, I would! Hats took forever to show up in a plastic bag completely crushed. Called there customer service, they suck offered $3.00 for completely ruined hats. Don't buy from this ripp off company. You won't like there cheap, crap hats. Shame on them!

I ordered two hats from this company over 9 weeks ago and when they eventually arrived (from China) they were both the wrong size. I have a 2XL head and the two hats were Medium! The 'professional customer service' team as their website calls them categorically refused to admit any error and have offered me $9 as 'compensation'!! I paid $69 for the two hats and have insisted on a full refund. However they are showing precious little interest. Bellyhat is obviously a bad company if this is how they treat their customers.

I ordered a hat from this "company". They claim to be based in the U.S. but their product came from overseas, specifically, Spain. Shipping took well over 3 weeks and arrived in a bag. How the hell do you ship a hat IN A BAG?!?!? The hat itself was of TERRIBLE QUALITY. The hat definitely wasn't the correct size. Absolutely sub-par. When I reached out to their so-called "customer service", they kept saying that the correct hat was sent, totally ignoring the fact that the hat quality, shipping method and fit is the problem. Ultimately, they are scammers. Don't even bother. The hat I received is currently in a landfill.
