Beware, hat size charts are contradictory. Hats sent in plastic bag. Hats too small so useless. Offered $9 refund on $84 dollar purchase. Probably a Chinese firm.

Both hats arrived in bag both hats wrong size customer service offering 7 dollars as compensation and keep hats which don't fit this a really bad site ..I would go so far as a scam offered to return hats to east Midlands address from which they came ...oh how they laugh

This company is so stupid they went and sent fedora hats across the world in a bag. So as you can imagine they are all wrinkled and un-wearable. Sent them a email with the pictures and their response was "all you need to do is tidy them up and you can wear them sorry"

The site looks American. It is Chinese. The worst is that the hats are not properly protected. They arrived in several plastic bags. Without cardboard boxes. The edges of the hats folded in different ways on several edges of the hats. Unwearable.

If the price seems too good to be true, it is. This is a scam website. The positive reviews on here are all fake and likely written by the scammer. The same individuals operates 10+ other scam websites out of China selling trash quality hats that take a month to arrive and will not be what you ordered. We are working on getting them removed by Google, but it takes a long time. If you purchased a hat and also got scammed it is recommend to submit a chargeback to your credit card company-- this is the quickest way to get them removed as the chargebacks rack up. Also report them to Google. Do not buy from this company. the website says hats are shipped in boxes. They are not. I ordered three hats and they came scrunched up in a plastic bag.Unwearable.

These glowing positive reviews must be fake because the hats are not wool, come crushed in bags and are cheap. Read their contract because it negates everything said in the ads. EVERY hat is on sale meaning they are not refundable, don't come in boxes and mine took over 2 months for delivery. AND they come form CHINA... not as the site represents from the USA.
