The dress hat that I purchased, came in crushed and it can't be straightened out and belly hat does not a return nor do they allow returns. I will never order from them again

This company is a scam I ordered two hats in September and have been getting nothing but the runaround as to the delivery date I was told it was in transit in USA now it’s being shipped from china I’m reporting it to the police and attorney general of my state about this company do order from them because it’s a scam and fake advertisement

While the advertising on their webpage states “ALL HATS shipped in boxes”, My “Indiana Jones” fedora arrived, completely crushed, in a plastic bag. No protection whatsoever. It was shipped from an individual in Chicago, Illinois. Anyone else see this? The hat itself is a cheap imitation, and at this point, NOT wearable. Currently trading emails with them, looking for a refund... They tell me I have to ship the hat to China... This entire operation smells like FRAUD, some stem to stern...

Hats took ages to come completely crushed as they have no protection it is how they packaged them not the couriers

FRAUD SCAM JUST DONT! I purchased on 2 separate orders September 8,9th 2024. They sent false tracking information. One was coming from Brindisi Italy. The other from Gothenburg Sweden. Lies! I got a plastic envelope full of colored fur toys that was supposed to be my Italian hat in no box. They made up lies and want me to return them to china. I bought them through PayPal and hoping they do right by me. I have 2 cases pending. 1 piece of crap poorly made adjustable damaged from shipping hat and the other package of garbage. Impossible to deal with and a complete ripoff. Their website is slick and the fake tracking is over the top! It states when you order right at the top of the first page “it arrives in a box” what a load of crap. Absolute garbage and they should be banned and put out of business! GREATFUL - to PAYPAL! It took multiple 'types' of complaints with them, but in the end - I got my $ back

Do not order from BellyHat ! Total trash..! Awful materials used to make hats almost like cardboard. Very bad. STAY AWAY

I ordered two hats. One Desert Rat and one Western Gambler hat. Both came in the same bag. The bag was crushed and both hats were in terrible condition. The materials the hats are made of is substandard and not the same as the picture on the website. Avoid at all costs. The shipping info sent to me via email said the packages were coming from Antwerpen,2018, Belgium. Once it arrived, the shipping address on the package stated it came from China. Do not order from this company.

Don't waste your money. The reviews on here mirror my experience. The ad I saw said the hat was made of "Australian wool felt". It's cheap polyester, IMHO. The hat arrived in a bag, completely mis-shaped. Have not been able to get it to look decent.
