I bought two hats over 100$ . Shipped from Sweden, took over a month to arrive. Arrived in a plastic bag!! Completely deformed!! Cuts on the hats are rigged and without any craftsmanship. Tried to return hats- Bellyhats agreed if I paid for shipping to China for over 200$ wtf?? Complete ripoff and absolute crappy craftsmanship. No saving these pile of craps. What a complete ripoff

Beware Bellyhat!! I ordered two hats. One came from China, the other from the USA, to Thailand. The one from China, an ill-fitting hat arrived inside of 2 weeks, and I was given a good tracking number. The other from the US never arrived. The tracking number showed a different part of Thailand. Apparently, they gave me the incorrect tracking number. When the local post office tried to collect import fees, I had no idea. My tracking info showed 600 miles away. So the hat was sent somewhere else, somewhere unknown. When I contacted Bellyhat, they said it was my fault for losing the hat and offered me $5. USD as I could not provide a label or US Code from the hat I never got. I paid $50 for the hat. I also have never received a response about returning the one I did get that doesn't fit, though I have asked 3 times. So I am out $100, and got a poorly made hat that doesn't fit.

This website is a scam. They are from China. They ship in plastic and not in box as they stated in website. The quality is a joke, its exactly like those cosplay or halloween costumes cheap quality. I received mine in terrible condition and they will not refund or return anything. Be careful guys. Its a scam

Unfortunately,I purchased a hat from this sham of a company. I should have investigated their setup in more detail. I received the hat completely flat ( like a pancake ). I’m getting nowhere trying to get them to solve this issue. The response I’m getting seems to be from a child in China. Steer clear away from this scam.

Terrible customer service they sent me a hat that was too small, even though they said it would fit. I measured it and provided proof to them that it was the wrong hat. Then they offered to send me a few dollars to settle the matter on top of that the products are pretty bad very poor quality and not worth the money. Go to hat store

Lots wrong here. Text says "Crafted in California since 1997". Then why was my order shipped slow boat from Sweden? It was a "Raiders" style fedora, shipped from Sweden in a PLASTIC BAG and smashed flat. Customer service offered "compensation" of $4 on a $60+ order. What an insult. It took me going through PayPal to get a refund. IMHO, Bellyhat is a scam. Never again. P.S. I archived all 24 emails, so I can PROVE what I say.
