Absolute Scam - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Bought two hats, crushed beyond repair. Shipped in a plastic bag NOT SHIPPED IN A BOX AS CLAIMED ON THEIR WEBSITE! The quality of the felt hat is utter garbage and can be found in any cheap market anywhere for under £5. One was sent from the US, one from China. Contacted Bellyhat and requested a refund, got the same message as everyone. "Nothing wrong with the quality, the hats can be easily fixed" and offered $7 in compensation.

’m afraid I misjudged the quality of your product. The felt material is well below my expectations. The construction was poorly done. The hats were delivered in a soft plastic bag with an air pillow placed inside the hat that gave no means of preserving the intended shape over the distance of travel these items made.

Sent hat in a smashed bag. Wouldn’t refund money… even if the hat had came in a protected box… the quality was horrific… company is a scam

Sad, Reviews suck but Amazon still offers these inferior hats! It’s a big time scam yet they are still in business!! Imagine shipping a hat in a plastic bag from overseas? Trash!!

Sad that they take so little pride. I’ll add a photo if it allows but they sent this from Denmark to Washington state in a bag. No box. Shocker that it arrived all bent out of shape. Who give so little Sh*ts about their own product that they would send a hat halfway around the world and not protect it? Bellyhat is the answer. I’ve seen what happens when requesting a refund or for them to make it right, they give you a $6-8 credit. Totally fine. I’ve seen what they offer and I won’t ever order another hat from them and hopefully others will see this and save themselves this hassle. No place for a photo so take my word for it- their hat comes in a BAG.

This is a catfishing scam, the photos look great but the product is super cheap and deceptive. They even sent the wrong colour and wont replace it. They advertise different sizes, but they are all the same size. The stitching is loose when it arrived. It is delivered taped up awkwardly so the shape isn't recoverable. They are not replying to our emails. AVOID this site!
