After ordering my hat on December 1 2024 I finally recieved it January 13 2025. In between this length of time,at 3 weeks in I started looking into the matter- track package from Italy to Illinois the the reporting stopped and moved no further for weeks.. Finally when I did recieved the package (plastic wrap), I opened it and was immediately disappointed.The quality was a joke. It reminded of the toy felt cowboy hats. The stitching was loose, the brim was lopsided and not Tha it mattered because I'm not wearing this crap. I doubt very seriously if this hat was imported from italy- No-Way! Won't do this again- My Mistake!!!

If you have money to throw away this is the perfect place to shop for hats.But if you care about getting a hat in a timely manner that's the size you ordered and in good condition I highly suggest you not purchase it from Bellyhats.I ordered a hat and it took three weeks approximately to arrive.It was at that point I started looking for ways to track the package but the website gave some number that didn't even allow the tracking.I sent emails to the company but to no avail.I then started looking at reviews and that was when I knew I had made a terrible mistake ordering from this company.Just like other customers my complaint was the same the hat finally arrived one day like smashed up inside the mail box like a pair of socks.Not in a box and looking nothing like the hat showed in the picture.I think the company is in Sweden so forget returning the hat you might never hear anything back and just be out of your money.I gave my hat away.Very disappointed!!!

The hats are garbage! Don’t waste your money! They are not as pictured and when you contact them for a refund, they refuse even when you send them pictures that what you got is not what was pictured and the packaging is trash! They send it in a plastic bag and it arrives crushed and they don’t care!!

Can we MINUS stars? The hats were nothing like the ones on the website. They are terrible! They look like cardboard hats. Plus, their refund policy is that if you open their package (because of Covid), they won't accept your return. How can you see what you've bought if you don't open the bag? Yes, silly plastic bag, not a box. So you can imagine the state the hats arrived in. :)

A minus star is too generous for this awful set up of a business. Two hats, both ordered for the same sizes; two separate sizes received in bags from abroad - damaged, bent, wrong size. 9USD compensation offered. Not good enough. Shame on them. Save your money and do not buy from them.

If I could do zero stars I would. Absolutely terrible product, horrible quality, nothing like the website product. Packaged in plastic bag and over a month to arrive and all bent up when it finally did. Do not trust the positive reviews on here, as they're clearly paid for. The worst. Avoid at all costs.

Took 2 months to get hat and all squashed up in a plastic bag low quality straight in the bin don’t waste your money rubbish don’t be sucked in by the brochures and how good the hats look it’s a Scam

the hats arrived,after 1 and half month, obviously for the price I paid, I shouldn't have expected anything special, but they are of really low quality and they arrived all creased and folded, that is, if a customer buys only one hat, should they also pay for shipping? shipped in an unprotected envelope? I am ashamed to have bought from you, money wasted, it would have been better to give it to charity which nowadays is needed
