Hat arrived in 45 days in a plastic bag. So.. of course the brim is bent. Sizing is off... there is some sort of "ripple" in the material in the front and back. Material seems more like for a costume from "Toy story". I reached out and got a " we can send you $5 for your inconvenience". I reached out again and now it's up to $8. Garbage company.

Complete and total rip off
Complete and total rip off. Delivered in a crushed state and once partially straightened, nowhere near the size ordered. I will do everything to warn people off this site and product

This is a scam. Do NOT order from them. They will take your money and send you a $3.00 product shipped in a plastic bag and offer you next to nothing when you demand a return. Run!

Nichts kaufen!!! Die Qualität unglaublich schlecht!! Und es heißt Du kannst retoure machen allerdings muss man selber die retoure bezahlen: nach CHINA!!! Also am Ende ist es günstiger die hats in Müll zu entsorgen! 🤮

Ich trage nun seit über 40 Jahren Hüte und andere Kopfbedeckung aber so etwas ist mir noch nie vorgekommen. Jeder Faschingshut hat mehr Qualität als diese Hüte. Sie kamen in einer Tüte verpackt an, waren so zerdrückt dass sie in keinster Weise jemals wieder in Form gebracht werden können was aber auch an der Qualität des Materials liegt. Die Beschreibung auf der Internetseite ist irreführend. Nichts entspricht den abgebildeten Hüten oder der Beschreibung. Reiner Betrug. Leider konnte ich das gelieferte Material nur in die Tonne werfen.

I ordered 2 hats from this company…
I ordered 2 hats from this company December 21st & didn't get them until January 29th. They were in a plastic bag & the quality of the hats was terrible & wasn't the hats I ordered. I threw them in the trash,don't order from this Company!!

Do not order from this company DO NOT! It’s been two months waiting for my items bear in mind I spent over £400. The customer service team do not respond. Avoid them at all cost go to another company not worth the purchase. Till date still chasing for my items. DO NOT ORDER
