A totally scan company. I ordered 5 hats. Two of the hats didn’t even look like the hats ordered. The hats were suppose to have been shipped in boxes. They came in a plastic bag with two hats damaged. The shipment was supposedly in the U.S. but was shipped from China and took a month to arrive. Please boycott this company called Bellyhat and put them out of business!

The Hat arrived in an expected time from for an Overseas order but it arrived in a plastic bag and was severely crushed. No "Fragile" or "Top Ship Only" warning on the packaging so the brim that was supposed to be flat came looking like it was being used to design rollercoasters. Complaints Dept were a joke, offering insultingly small compensation for a hat that is now next to useless. Even opening a PayPal dispute was frustrating as they kept trying to change the focus of the complaint and kept asking for frivolous confirmations. they obviously took a leaf out of the American health care system and denied, defend and in this case dispute any and all claims. Would go elsewhere, buy local next time.

I ordered my Raider Hat on Feb 5. Thursday I text their customer service asked what their lead time was and where they’re located. Yesterday got a text from them with a tracking number. The hat is in Indiana what pisses me off is the company is supposed to be based in cal. USA this hat came from CHINA. NOT IMPRESSED T Smith

Dont buy from them! Its a a scam. They are increddibly ignorant. They shipped a 60$ hat in a plastic bag. of cause it was crushed when it arrived. When I opened a complaint with thesir "customer service" they answered that the hat was fine when it left their warehouse. But they provided packing, transportation etc. Anyway, they offered me 6$ as compensation. For a product that is unusable and cost 60. Edit: after like four weeks (several wothout any answer at all) they offered full reimbursment if I 1 paied for the shipping myself and made sure it arrived in good condition (ironi, ironic,isnt it) 2 provades a photo of the shipping lable. Like i keep dirty shipping bags around for weeks The shipping for me as a private person costs as much as the hat. And im pretty sure i will never see any money coming my way… So i stand solid with this: dont buy from them. They are a scam company

The item received bears little resemblance to the images depicted on their site other than it being black and somewhat hat shaped. Hat arrived in a plastic shipping bag, brim badly deformed and made of what appears to be some form of synthetic material. Cheap costume shop quality. Full refund and return to seller requested. Case filed with online payment entity.

I'm so gutted that I can't even find the time to return the 2 hats. I cannot even call them Fedora. As someone else said these were like something you'd buy in a cheap costume shop. Worst product ever. Just a very choice, that I just want to forget all about it. Do yourself a favour. Don't even go the website. Find a better use of your money.

The only reason I gave this company a 1 star rating is because I can't give them a -5 star rating. Don't be tricked into ordering this garbage. These hats are literally the type of hats you would get from a costume rental company for a one-time party use. Think cheap WalMart Halloween costume quality. After over a month my hat showed up in a plastic bag and crushed. After researching and realizing I had been scammed I didn't even bother trying to get my money back. Consider it a $50 lesson. If you want a good quality hat look to Goorin Bros or Keith & James.

Received my fedora today brim bent and top smashed on side. Requesting a refund. And return policy.
