BellyhatReviews of bellyhat.com

Big time scam. They say they are manufactured in California. But the one I ordered shipped from Italy. Tracked it for a couple weeks. It's been in New Jersey for 10 days now. Still hasn't arrived and no emails. Very disappointed 😞 Please don't waste your time or money.

Should have bought a stetson but ordered one I liked...mistake.......crummy china junk and they never mention that anywhere.....be ware

Poor quality made in China 💩🤮. Shipped like t-shirts in a bag. Better quaility off of a WalMart shelf!! One hundred per cent scammers. Beware!

For me this is the worst company I have ever dealt with, ordered some hats in January 2025 as of March 2025 still have not received them. I have been emailing customer support back and forth for the last month with no resolution just the same ol excuse things happen we are working on it. I told them I didn’t even want the hats no more just wanted a refund never received a response in regards to that. I am in the process now of filing a claim with small claims court just to get this resolved. I am a patient person but it should not take over a month to get an order you placed and also paid for and if that’s the case when a customer would like a refund it should not be this difficult to get their money back or at least address the issue, not ignore the customer. The bottom line is if there was a way to give the company a negative star or no stars I would do it twice. Bellyhat please give my merchandise I paid for or a total refund of my money, this has been going on since January 21, 2025 and it is now March 2, 2025.

Very disappointed in the quality in the shipping materials. It was shipped in a bag, bent, warped, and un wearable. What’s it made of? Cardboard? Belly hat should not be in business. There are total scam.

If I could give Belly Hat zero stars I would. I ordered a hat on Jan 14th and it still has not arrived. I emailed support telling them that the hat has not arrived and the event I ordered the hat for had passed and requested a refund. They sent me a new tracking number and told me they couldn’t give me a refund because they had sent my new order and sorry for the inconvenience. They literally sent out a new hat after my email and refused my refund. How can I fight this or sue? This is a scam company I now see they copy hats from legit sites and sell you knock offs. DO NOT ORDER form Belly Hat

Total waste of money looks cheap totally out of shape when it arrived looks like cheap felt. Never again!

I recently purchased a Gus 6x cowboy hat. It arrived a month later completely crushed and deformed. The hat is in very poor condition. It has no manufacturer's label, nor material composition. It could have been made by anyone. It is strange that it does not come with a Bellyhat label. It came in a simple bag. I feel ripped off. I would not recommend the purchase.
