On the site, it says "We ship in boxes" That is not true. The first the I ordered two hats shipped in a bag. The hats were so bad I just threw the away. The second time I ordered they added the "we ship in boxes". So I decided to give it another shot,and when they arrived they were packed in a bag like last time. Needless to say I will not be ordering from them again.

Paid for a hat, at hat price, got a party hat from a novelty store. Quality very poor, fabric felt card and hat looks nothing like the picture. Made worse by packaging, which was to the same standard as the hat. Will give it to the kids as this is the quality, it's a toy hat.

Bellyhat _ very bad customer service had two hats come one looks like it wasn't finished the brim all chewed up not finished on the edge. I emailed the company and was to told that they would only credit me $10.00 to my account i paid $39.95 plus shipping and that's all they want to refund, and no offer to replace the damaged hat. I emailed again and was told its cost to much to send back and that's all they can do. Don't buy from them they are a rip off, also waited 2 months to get these shitty items.

Hats arrived in the mail today inside a plastic bag not a box with support walls to protect items from getting damaged pictures attached hats have been crushed which is very unacceptable and I am asking for a full refund also no sizes lable inside but these hats is not the size I ask for took almost 30 days to arrive also unacceptable quality of your shipping department packing with a little air bag inside one of the hats did nothing from it being crushed from the top. tracking number and department means nothing email several times to get the same answers it has shipped no arrival dated attached had no idea package shipped from China but company has a American flag.whole star on review is to much wish I could do no star
