Pella Windows, the good, bad and ugly
Getting my windows was a good experience and they did a lovely job of it. In the beginning they were good about their warranties regarding the screens, then they said those were limited by time - ok. About 9 years I've had them and 2 of the larger windows have been compromised. I have made several email contacts with them and at first they said they would get back to me in 48 hours. Well, we are months away from that window of time and still am not getting any responses nor the replacement of the bad windows. Today I expressed my frustration with them and am ready to engage my attorney to make the courts take care of the situation. They started out a 5 star, but right now I'd rate them 2 stars and if I have to go to my attorney, then it will be a 1 star.
