PLASTIC CRAP do not waste your money, you would get better quality from a gumball machine!! I have requested a refund and they offer me 10% refund and I can keep items as well as a disc for future purchases... what a joke as if I would ever waste my money with them again! Hand made items is a total lie!

I purchased two (2) rings on the 26/08/2024. I received the first ring on the 10/09/2024. I have since emailed the company eleven (11) times and have received replies to the effect of we will check and did you supply us the correct address. Obviously I received my first ring didn’t I? Of the eleven (11) emails, two (2) have bounced back. This is not an Australian company as shipping advice shows items leaving Hong Kong. Complete scam my error for not reading reviews prior to purchase. One (1) star review is not worthy they deserve zero (0).

They are a scam. Advertise as handmade jewellery. Cheap junk. Come from a Warehouse in China. Prices are absolutely ridiculous...and that's the sale price !! Keep away from them.

I ordered 4 rings from this company. Three were sent with no problem. The fourth took a month to arrive, after the date when the jewellery was needed for a special occasion. But when received, was not the ring that was ordered. The company refused a refund, instead offering a 20% refund. That is completely unreasonable for a ring I do not want and did not order.

Dear Madam/Sir Further to my conversation with Customer Service today, I would like to proceed and submit a a warning for potential jewellery buyers from: Bella's Treasures, advertised on FaceBook. On 29 July 2024 I ordered 6 jewellery items for the amount of AUD 239.94 from the above vendor. On 8 August, I received four of the items, the other two - a pair of silver earrings and a silver ring have not arrived to date (attachments 1&2 for the original order and receipt included on your form). Item #5 on my order list, a pair of Vintage Midnight silver earrings, neither appears to be silver, nor does it bear a stamp verifying it is. The Vintage Turquoise earrings (#3 on the list), which I initially intended to retain, have a crudely cut stone, and its metallic hooks have no stamp to verify they are silver. On 9 August I emailed the vendor requesting to return 3 items, explaining the reasons, and asked for a refund. Their website instructs to submit a written request in order to receive a return-approval and the address to where to return the items to. My request was followed by an array of incoherent/non-binding emails, none dealing with my requests. Enclosed below are Facebook reviews regarding this vendor's similar treatment of two other customers.
