**WARNING** - DO NOT BY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE CROOKS, DISGUSTING AND I HAVE NOT GOT ONE GOOD THING TO SAY ABOUT THEM. BOUGHT THREE PIECES OF JEWELLERY WHICH WERE TERRIBLE, SPENT MORE MONEY SENDING BACK AND NOW THEY ARE NOT RETURNING MY MONEY

I agree with previous reviews - if I could give a zero score I would. The wrong ring was sent to me and they want me to pay to send it back to them and get a replacement (which I doubt) or get a refund of 25% of the price paid for the item. Many, many emails sent and still no satisfaction. Its cheap junk for which they charge a premium. Save your money for something more worthwhile.

Well I am truly speechless - customer service team! I am happy to announce you have now managed to send the wrong ring with the tracking order...... Vintage Inlaid Crystal Gold Forged Ring STILL MISSING! You win, I have accepted you are extremely incompetent with sales and customer service and your courier service matches....... delivering to the wrong address, throwing the item on the ground (on the road near a letter box) and claiming I signed for it. Security cameras catch lots of shitty courier drivers doing the wrong thing. Luckily we have lovely neighbors who returned our package to us just after they ran over it. They feel terrible yet they certainly shouldn't, unlike the delivery driver. Thank you for never sending the Vintage Inlaid Crystal Gold Forged Ring. So customer service team, these are your options........ you can do the right thing and refund me or send me what I actually ordered and paid for. Every interaction with you has been forwarded to PayPal.

I refer to order No. 24575. Besides taking over 6 weeks to deliver, you sent the wrong ring. The one delivered was the same as the one I had bought around June. So now I have two of the same.

This company is a scam really as I ordered, and the parcel turned up empty and don't want to know anything about it - said I could have a 25% discount on my next order - NO i want the order that I paid for ... report to ACCC

This company is a scam. Do not get caught ordering from them. The quality of the product is shocking and nothing like the photos. They don't respond to emails. They don't give refunds when they should. They have sent me rubbish that I did not order. They have not sent me what I did order. Complete nightmare. They say they are having a 75% discount sale. So they say that an item costs $160 but today you can have it for $43. The rubbish they are selling for $43 is worth no more that $3 or $4. The pearls are plastic. The chain necklaces are plastic. Disgusting product. Disgusting behaviour. Another Chinese scam. Proof of purchase: SHOPPING WITH YOU HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE. THE QUALITY IS SO BAD. THE PEARLS ARE PLASTIC. WHAT YOU ARE SELLING FOR $43 IS WORTH ABOUT $4. YOU NEED TO SEND ME WHAT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED. YOU NEED TO REFUND OR EXCHANGE $89. STOP THE NONSENSE AND BEHAVE PROPERLY. I HAVE NOW SENT MANY EMAILS AND THERE IS NO SOLUTION. WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO DO ABOUT THE ITEMS I HAVE RECEIVED THAT WERE NOT ORDERED ?
