DO NOT deal with this company. I didn't receive my full order and they will NOT refund my money. I have been fighting this since February!! Plus....the rings I did receive are silver plated. NOT as advertised.

Not even worth 1 star! Ordered a ring & 2 months later, finally received my order but was sent a completely different ring to the one I ordered! They then expected me to pay for the postage to send it back for a refund! Rubbish, never again!

Hands off!! Here in EU the name is Emma Lipps. I received the wrong ring. I've written to support at least 6 times that I want my ring . They're offering to let me fill out a cancellation form and return the incorrect ring with a tracking number. At my expense (in China ca. 18,- euros). Then I'll get 20% of the purchase price back. My advice: don't buy anything!!!!! Unfortunately, I read the reviews too late. HANDS OFF! P.S. Now they're offering me a 50% refund for a ring I didn't order. But I won't get it until they've received the incorrectly delivered ring back. At my expense, of course. HANDS OFF I have asked where is my correct order. 10 times.. no answer till today

Bella’s treasures is the biggest disappointment I have had whilst purchasing on line. I did not read the reviews before I ordered and I have learnt a hard lesson. The jewellery is hard to describe: something plastic from a gum ball machine, bearing no resemblance whatsoever to the illustrated product When I lodged a complaint through my bank and PayPal the company sent a copy of a dispatch order to PayPal following which PayPal advised they had investigated the complaint and no action would be taken. Apparently a receipt was all that PayPal required to close the account. I spent so much time trying to get some satisfaction but in the end I gave up. So much for PayPal’s consumer protection spiel.

This company is a scam! Products are not like the photos. They offered that I could keep the ugly earrings for a 15% refund and when I declined the offer, I was told to post goods back by certified mail. Posted goods back to China, with accompanying photos of post dockets and parcel, as requested. This was in December and despite many emails with the company since, I have still not received the refund 4 months later!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!

Avoid This Scam of a Company at All Costs! If I could give zero stars, I would. This company sells absolute garbage jewelry that looks nothing like the pictures. What they advertise as “high quality” is actually cheap, flimsy junk that wouldn’t last a day. Customer service? Nonexistent. They either ignore your messages or give you copy-paste responses that don’t help at all. I stupidly spent over $300 without reading the reviews . Thank God, I paid through PayPal and I was able to lodge a dispute and got a full refund for all my purchases. Save yourself the frustration. Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere because this company is a complete joke and should be shut down from trading. Please, please, please do not purchase from this company.

Bellas treasures - should be Bellas shit - the worst company l have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Ordered a 3 strand freshwater pearl necklace - what l got was 3 separate single strand plastic beaded necklaces which were even a different color!! This company are SCAMMERS of the highest order - stay away from them - absolute 1000% thieves Would give minus 100 if able Communication - they just keep sending the same email over & over and expecting me to return this crap back to China and cost me 75% of original purchase price in postage when they sent it from my country! CRAP CRAP CRAP - DO NOT BUY FROM THESE DISGUSTING SCAMMERS

SCAMMERS. Never received my order . They just kept telling me to contact Imile freight . Would not reply to my requests for a refund . Cannot get any sort of responsible communication with them . They don’t answer emails they don’t want to … like the request for a refund cos clearly never sent my order . Lost $182- ! My order # on 7/3/25 was 34487.
