Scam. Products cheap and nasty and fake. Not contactable then send fake company return address for refund. I did send the products (to china) and they were returned saying no business there. bellastreasures.com #bellastreasures

This is a BIG SCAM NO GOOD THEIVING COMPANY!!!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!! Unfortunately they go by lots of other names too - most using a females name akin to Bella and all selling jewellery. The actual company name is Trend Global Ecommerce Limited. The photos they use on their website look lovely but what you get is absolutely rubbish. Ugly, different size, different colour - very very bad quality. When you contact them they start offering a % refund and you keep the jewellery. When I said no they offered a little more but I refused because the jewellery is SO BAD it is literally for the bin. I finally got some ridiculous address that I had to pay the postage for. Very sadly PayPal was not so helpful either. They gave me an address that was in the Philippines but then had Hong Kong as the country!!!! I really thought PayPal would not be associated with such a scam company. I trusted Bella’s Treasures because I could use PayPal - if only I had looked here on Trustpilot first.

The product provided bears no resemblance to the product ordered giving one star is more than they deserve. They only replied after I lodged a complaint with PayPal and are not at all helpful. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

Complete scam website. Paid $33 for earrings that were pictured beautifully online then received cheap nasty plastic earrings that would of most like cost 50 cents. Had to do a charge back with bank as customer service wouldn't refund purchase and shipping was $40 to return. Stay well clear of this.

Total sham. Cheap, nasty products you can buy for less than $5 elsewhere, are priced at $30-$70 (supposedly discounted from $100-$300!!) NOT silver or gold - only in colour. Can not believe they are still allowed to trade!

I would not use this company again. Their photos do not match their products and they will send you incorrect products, cheap looking copies of their images as well as the complete wrong items and then demand you pay to send their mistake back. Beware!

Do not do business with this company - they advertise products and their products are shabby and do not match their pics. I purchased a ring “18 carat gold ring with zirconia stone.” It looked beautiful in pic and price good!!! The ring is silver and looks nothing like the one advertised so I requested a refund and and being tied up with emails which has left me feeling soooo frustrated and ripped off. Ignore the pics online - sooooo misleading plus my jewellery came from China when it was stated online they were in Australia 🤬… delivery was also a snale’s pace!

Worth -1 really. This website is a scam! Never received my order. Been over a month and there has been no communication from them at all. Thank goodness I only ordered one little thing to test out the quality. Do NOT recommend!
