I was scammed by Bella treasures I bought jewellery thinking it was beautiful and marked down in price to find it’s cheap and nasty cosmetic jewellery.. I’m trying to get a refund from what I’ve read “ Wish me luck”

Ordered earrings on July 16 and the status has never updated from 'preparing shipment' it's been over a month with multiple requests to see where my order is - even after requesting a refund, it was not granted

If I could give zéro as an option I would. Cheap jewelry, nothing like the photos and communication is appalling. They say Australian company but it’s not. Feel like an idiot for getting sucked in. Beware and stay clear!

SCAM - photos are beautiful. What you receive is the complete opposite. Cheap, fake and can be purchased on SHEIN.

I'd only give them a one because there isn't a zero , that's how bad they are ! Bella's Treasures provide lovely photos of silver jewellery (I also got sucked in by the scam & bought 2 rings). Took so long for the rings to arrive. Email after email after email. Communication is appalling !!! Always an automated response with a 6 digital number & nothing else. I've been emailing the company every few days, for months & now I don't even get an automated response at all. I now realise after reading the exceptionally lengthy reel of extremely NEGATIVE reviews on here. BELLAS TREASURES business is committing fraud with false/misleading information on their website. I bought 2 silver rings from their website because they looked absolutely gorgeous. When they eventually arrived (bought January 2025 & arrived at my house in March 2025) I was very upset when I opened up the tiny plastic sellophane bags & 2 cheap looking rings that looked like they were bought at the $2 shop. I am very hesitant about buying anything online because what happened. ***DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM BELLASTREASURES, IT'S ALL CHEAP CRAP. They won't refund your money & they DO NOT communicate. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING FROM BELLASTREASURES ***

I had just come out of hospital from a major operation and wanted to make a purchase online to cheer myself up. Bella's Treasures appeared on my Facebook page. They looked like a local company with a closing down sale, so, I made a purchase for $427. It was stupid not to read any reviews before hitting the pay button on Bella's Treasures site because they sell jewelry you would find at the bottom of a cereal box. Each item cost $49 AUD after a massive discount of 75%. I then did a check on TEMU for the same items and got a nasty shock. All the rings, earrings, bracelets and pendants I bought, sold for around $1.17 to $2.17. The highest being in the $5 range. I attempted to cancel my order immediately and was told via email, it was too late but I could return the items once I received them. Huh! What scammers and liars. A merry chain of endless emails followed going nowhere. I waited a month to receive this aluminum, plastic crap. They wanted photos, so I had to open and display every item in the package. Then they went silent to all my questions and requests after I sent the photos. As for closing down sale, that is a lure and lie. The total value of my jewelry was $49 in total if I bought from the TEMU site. A ghastly rip off experience that I still kick myself about. I could have used my $427 on something good. I was sucked in by the false advertising. Buyer beware. Once I realised they were not an Australian business, I knew I had no hope getting my money back. The people running this hack organisation are laughing all the way to the bank at the customer's expense. Shame on you Bella's Treasures. Bella's junk is a more appropriate name.
