I received the items and they’re poorly made. The stones are stuck on crooked and will fall out, the stones are terrible colours, the jewellery isn’t even sterling silver. I’ve contacted the company more than 3 times to ask for a refund as I’m not happy with the quality and I’ve heard nothing. I wouldn’t buy from them again. I’ve just wasted money.

The quality was very poor. It took approximately 8 weeks for the items to be delivered. Two items were out of stock. I want advised of this until I followed up by email. I received a credit note for the two out of stock items which was not the full vsluevthstvinhad paid.

Still waiting for my earrings… the second pair they sent out as apparently the first pair were lost in transit! I asked for a refund and was told that wasn’t possible. BT resent me another pair and guess what … the delivery arrival date has been changed to another week. My initial order was 18 August it’s now 4 November!! Do not buy anything from Bella’s Trash please.

Complete joke Would not rate this load of crap store.. Not located in United States parcel came from China… Rubbish cheap Temu jewellery even used the same photo from Temu site… Happy to take your money but ignore emails about returns or refunds, four emails and not one response😡 Absolutely furious dealing with these con artists

I was sent 2 rings that looked nothing like the picture advertused on their website. I followed all instructions to send them back "to China" AT MY COST, only to have them returned to me some months later, with absolutely no refund and rubbish that I paid $70 for. What a scam!!!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS If I could give negative stars I would definitely do that but it won’t allow me to go any further without 1 Star that they don’t deserve that either. The largest scam I’ve purchased items from since I started to trust buyers to buy from in the last 15+ years. To add insult to injury ive just seen the exact rings on TEMU for $5.00 and under. I wish I’d searched further than I had in the first place but I was just so livid either te whole back and forth with them I couldn’t get across to them just how crappy they were.

I ordered a ring and they sent through the wrong one. i asked for the correct ordered ring or a full refund. They have refused to give me a full refund. They said i could get either 20% off or 50% refund. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!! It was their error. Don't buy from this place. SCAM +++++

I would give zero if I could! Got sucked in, wish I had read reviews before buying jewellery from Bella’s Treasures. Looked nothing like on their site. Horrible dress jewellery at best. They said would give me a refund. Had to send pic of my package & pay for returning it. It came back to me 2 months after I sent it. No refund and learned my lesson. Never again!!!
