From my first phone call, the counselors at BeLite were knowledgeable, professional, courteous and kind. I never once felt pressured to buy. Once I decided to go ahead with my WLS they were supportive and helpful in answering any and all questions that arise during my pre-op phases. While in Juarez Mexico for surgery, BeLite was just a phone call away and any time I had a question or concern they were quick to address the situation to my satisfaction. The Star Medica Hospital that I had my surgery done at was exceptional. It was very clean, and everyone was very nice. While it was definitely hit and miss on who spoke English and who did not, all of the nursing staff was capable and showed professionalism. My surgery went well, with no complications. My surgeon, Dr. Rodriguez, was wonderful. His bedside manner was second to none and his surgical skills are unmatched. If you are considering WLS in Mexico, I highly recommend BeLite. They honestly make the whole process move along seamlessly. Thank you for everything, BeLite! You have truly helped to give me a brand new start to life!

I would like to take the time to thank all parties involved at Belite Weight for all their help in my journey to change my life. Their staff is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and extremely courteous to all of my needs. ( Notice sentence is not in past tense) They have continued to care about me and my individual needs through phone calls and emails on a regular basis. Their partners at Hospital Angeles-Juarez Mexico are like wise as courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. Yes there maybe a little struggle with their English skills, but they make every effort to accommodate their patients and provide a hospitality staff that can translate the more technical terms for you. It helped me though that I was fluent in Spanish and was able to communicate with them in their native tongue. My wife and I had no problems utilizing all services provided by both teams and highly recommend their services to help you change your life. As I stated to my advisor, it is time for me to invest in me and my health and as a previous comment stated if we can spend 10's of thousands on buying cars and going on vacations, buying homes and toys. Why not invest in you too, so that you can be here for the long haul with your family to enjoy the life you have worked so hard to make. I went into pre op. Thought I'd taken a nap when I'd awaken, asked how long til surgery they said I'd had already had it!!! Man I was so happy because after any prior surgery's I'd ever had I felt groggy, disoriented, just wanting everyone to let me sleep. After my gastric sleeve surgery i was wide awake,ready to go, so excited that I felt so good, excited to have a second chance to began my life with the new me, it's been a week now all my bodies aches and pain I had prior are gone, I don't snore anymore, I sleep all night with waking. I'm glad for the new me!!! I'd like to thank the Doctors, the Staff for giving us a state of the art, cleanHospital to have our surgery's Thank You. Also it was so neat to meet so many other US citizens there making new friendships from Georgia, Kansas. Iowa. Washington. Indian. Wisconsin. Texas. Keeping in touch with some on our new journey together. Thanks Blight for you calls e- mails and being there for us. I'd do it again in a heart beat!!!!!

So pleased with staff Very kind and helpful. Wish there were more really informed nutritionist that really know vitamins and food needs, after the surgery.

To be honest this has been one of the easiest medical experiences of my life. I have had more than my fair share too. I have also worked in the medical field in the military for over 20 yrs too. So I have had many years working in hospitals and surgical facilities. The scheduling and transportation was very easy. It worked just like I was told. The check in process was s little different but was actually very easy. The only thing that made it different was the language issue. I speak very little Spanish. The hospital was top notch and easily the nicest hospital I have ever been in. The Dr's and medical staff were very informative and very attentive too. I knew what was going to happen every step of the way. My recovery was actually very easy and no big deal for me. I just followed the plan to the letter and all was good. Was it easy to do what I was told to do always "NO" but you have to do it. Results have been fantastic for me. The changes that I had to make we're not always easy but I wanted it so I did it. You have to really want to make the changes. This is a tool to help you not a fix. It is a huge tool and does make things easier but it is still hard to make the changes you will be required to make. I was sleeved on 11/12/2016 Starting weight was 396 10/31/2015 Surgery weight 372 11/12/2015 Current weight 283 6/9:2016 I am s very large man at 6'4" with a large frame too. Goal weight 240

I found BeLiteWeight via the internet and has been one of the best findings I had, aside from travel experiences, this is a journey that I had dreamed but not accomplished, now I am able to say I AM FINALLY there, I am almost 67 years young and use to be a size 14 petite (I am only 5 Ft. tall) , since undergoing the Laparoscopic Sleeve operation on November 27, 2015 only 6 months ago, now I am size 2 petite , the journey has been rediscovering that life is much better and healthier, no back pain due to the huge weight I used to carry on my breasts, not any more, and the extremely high cholesterol (450 for the bad one) now it is in 200 which I still have to work to level it. I never had High blood pressure, so that part was good. I am certainly forever grateful to BeLiteWeight and recommend it to anyone looking for a better life.

I had an absolute great experience with this company. They kept in contact with me, answered all of my questions, and even after the surgery have checked on me. It was the best decision I made..at first I was a little scared but when I got to the hospital I seen that it was a very professional place and I felt comfortable letting them treat me for my surgery (star medica hospital)and dr.rod was awsome!!
