The hospital was nice, clean and modern. The medical staff was professional. Beliteweight provided a personal facilitator that kept in contact throughout the process and even checked in on me after the procedure. I'm very pleased with the results and with Beliteweight.

The process from start to finish was very smooth when getting qualified for surgery and my financing. They answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. My transportation that was provided from the airport to the hospital was right on time. The hospital, the staff, and of course my surgeons were excellent. I’ve had several major surgeries in the USA and this organization provided services that are superior to the States. I actually even had what I would consider a concierge, address any of my needs promptly. Sure there are other places in Mexico that might be a bit cheaper, but you get what you pay for. The fact that I stayed in the hospital until it was time to return home was very reassuring when having surgery. The thought of staying in a hotel after surgery was a bit too hands off for me. Knowing all levels of medical care are in the building when staying in the hospital, was far more comforting. Follow up after getting home has been excellent. BeLiteWeight has been readily available to answer my post-op questions as well as my questions at each transitional phase of the post-op diet. I highly recommend them.

From the very first call, everyone has been wonderful! Whenever I had a question, Lejla was very prompt in returning my calls and providing answers. The staff in Juarez met us on arrival and were very caring, compassionate, and professional. I couldn't ask for a better experience and would do it over again if I had to, BUT I don't have to. Before BeLiteWeightLoss I had decided that I would never lose weight. Everything I tried failed. I didnt like who I had become, but I was lost at how to fix it. My experience has been positive. It started of being denied by my insurance, I spent seven months of my life attending insurance mandated classes only to be denied. I soon began to search into private pay options, I looked at other companies, but belite stayed on my mind. It was necessarily wasn't the cheapest option, but it felt exactly what I had been looking for. From the first phone call to El Paso exceeded my expectations, honestly I was having second thoughts about traveling through Juarez to hospital. From the moment I set foot in hospital, a feeling of relief and no more anxiety soon took over. Staff, surgeons, Doctors reassured me this would be the best decision. From exams to recovery, to discharge, I could not be more pleased. Like many of you wondering, yes belite is the correct avenue to use. From recovery to my room wasn't so difficult, within two hours I was walking the hallways, keep in mind walking will help with gas pains which at times took my breath away WALK WALK WALK. Surgery was Friday afternoon and Sunday at noon I was discharged. Hospital to airport only took about thirty minutes as Sunday is usually a busy day to cross. From the airport I drove home...Yes I drove!!! It's only about 1.5 hr drive. Date of procedure Oct 7th, as of today Nov 5th I still haven't had to use pain meds!!! Beginning weight 356, today I am 300!! PS stay hydrated..

The entire process was a great experience. From your coordinator to the nurses, surgeons and even your transportation from and to the airport. Everyone was very comforting and willing to answer your questions and ready to help in any way they could.

BeLiteWeight Loss was the best thing I could have done. My BeLite counselor helped me from beginning to end and it all happened within two weeks of calling them. It started with everything that I needed to do for my trip, what to expect, and had my driver there on time to pick me up and drive me to the hospital, and when I was leaving the hospital, they were there once again to pick me up on time. The Angeles Hospital in Juarez, Mexico is where I had my Bypass Surgery. This was the best hospital I have ever been to, very clean, very efficient, everyone very nice, doctors came in to check on me all 3 days. Just got home in CA on Monday and I am doing fine.
