Excellent Care and Service! First Class!

As I began my weight loss surgery research, I naturally began looking for doctors close to where I live. I quickly found out that the process would be long, and it wouldn’t be something I could afford anytime soon. Someone referred me to BeLiteWeight, so I checked them out. When I found out I would have surgery in Mexico, I was VERY skeptical. However, I continued to research and I called BLW with any questions I had. What I found was a reputable company with AMAZING people, and it was an affordable option that I could do now!! I contacted BLW at the beginning of December 2016, and my VSG surgery was scheduled for January 2017! BLW sent me information on literally any and everything I would need to know, but when I had questions they were still patient with me. I traveled to El Paso, TX and a driver picked me and my guests up and drove us across the border to Hospitales Angeles in Juarez. Dr. Rodriguez and Dr. Elmo were my surgeons, and they spoke perfect English. They were so kind. After surgery they came and checked on me 3 times. The hospital was top notch, clean, and beautiful. There weren’t many nurses that spoke English, but they were so patient while communicating via a translating app. I am now 1 week post-op and I feel AMAZING. I’m still sore, but I am able to be back to my normal routine without issues. I cannot say enough good about BLW or Hospitales Angeles. I can’t imagine a better experience through this surgery. I am so thankful for BLW. Thank you, JoAnne, for calling me personally to answer my laundry list of questions. Thank you, Jamie, for patiently answering my questions and calming my nerves whenever I called the office. Thank you, Skye, for continuing to check up on my post-op. Thanks you BeLiteWeight for being the beginning of my life changing journey!!!!! ❤️

Can't say enough about BeLite . They answered all my questions & are still checking on me. I had surgery in December best decision I have ever made. I would recommend anyone that is going to have surgery this is place to do it!! They will help you every step of the way. Can't say enough good things about BeLite! Lelji is wonderful she can answer all your questions. Give them a call you will not regret it. I have lost over 22lbs my first month.

Going thru Belightweight was a positive experience for me . They were always quick to respond to my questions even when they were rhetorical. I will definitely recommend his company to my friends . I printed off all the email I received from them and I found that to was beneficial for later reference. Jessica , my facilitator was extremely kind and helpful she answered some of the same questions over and over without hesitation. Also, Sharon who helped with my FMLA paperwork was amazing as well she worked in a very timely manner that in itself was priceless. I had no problems getting to and from the airport everything was done in a professional manner that’s why I have 5 stars !!

I was pleased with my entire weight loss surgery experience. My driver was waiting to pick me up at the airport before I landed, the hospital staff was friendly and reassuring, my doctor met with me when I arrived, and the hospital room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I am one month post surgery and already down 25 pounds. I feel great and am looking forward to continuing to lose weight. Be-Lite was so easy to work with and kept me informed every step of the way. Travel from the Houston area was very convenient and affordable. The surgery cost was so much more affordable than going through my insurance, and i was able to book an appointment just a couple of weeks before surgery. It was awesome to move so quickly once I made the decision to have surgery. I am so thankful for Be-Lite and the hospital surgeons and staff!! My only regret is not doing this ten years ago!

Dr.'s were knowledgeable, understanding & great. I was pleased with the care I recieved, the facilities were beautiful & modern & the follow-up was top notch. I would recommend their services to everyone
