Everyone was very professional and caring . The entire experience was better than I could have ever hoped for.

I am an RN of many years and I was so impressed with the facilities and the staff. I am from Ohio and I was shocked. I feel we have missed out. I have never had such a wonderful experience. The cleanliness of the facilties was remarkable. The attention of every staff member even with the language barrier. I feel wonderful and I am on track. I have received so much support since returning home It is amazing. I feel this is such a wonderful program I am helping my daughter to have this in the fall and will be joining her on her trip. I realize I repeated myself but it is difficult to express how happy I am with my choice and the entire experience. Tammy

I started out in January to go to Mexico to have a "sleeve". They were ok until I was ready to go and they increased my price 1000.00$. because of my age and couldn't get me in for 6 weeks. i called BeLiteWeight and talked to Lejla whom was absolutely the best. knowledgeable,kind,caring,nice and this gal stays with you thru the whole ordeal and after. you don't have to worry about anything. The doctor and staff were great. BeLite takes care of everything you need so you don't have to do anything except get Lite. Thank you Lejla for an outstanding job. You made this work for me and I am grateful for you to give me a longer better life.

What can I say , being that I live in El Paso, Tx and hearing about the crime In Juarez Mx I was a a bit nervous and unsure about choosing to have my surgery done in Juarez., But I have to say that not only was my experiance a great one. I left the facility thinking very differently.. starting with the taxi driver , from the staff that greeted my husband and I.. They were very proffesional and made us feel very comfortable.. Very attentive to all our questions. The hospital was beautiful and clean. The whole staff including the doctors were all so kind and professional.. I left very happy with the whole expierance . I highly reccomend this facility and know that you are in good hands. I have now lost 25 lbs in 5 weeks and continue to do so.. weight loss is a journey that is different for everyone but at the end we all go through the finish line of victory.. I hope that whoever reads my message feels encouraged to take that step to a new life filled with health , positivity, and joy for a new beginning.. It wont be easy, but it will be worth it!!😊💕 We have to remember to be strong, patient and willing to to change our habiits .. It is one day at a time that we see big results... I know I have seen my results and continue to do so.. 😊💕

My patient facilitator Lelja was AWESOME. She worked with me for a full year. Provided me with all kinds of help. She was never pushy. She would speak with me via email, phone or text. it didn't matter what time or day, she always responded. Everything that I have asked of her she has done and she did it quickly. We've spoken several times after my surgery, i truly feel like she just wanted to check on me. I was almost disappointed that I hadn't been asked for a review but i finally got my chance. I work in customer service and i remember thinking, that I hope to be as professional and friendly as Lelja.

The experience was a remarkable balance of extreme professionalism with a deep caring and personalized attention!
