Excellent communication from Jessica before surgery, and absolutely no health concerns during nor after surgery. Jessica’s follow up with me was as caring as it was prior to surgery. My surgery was October 31st, today is November 4th and I have lost 10 pounds.

I was aliitle skeptical concerning traveling to Mexico for surgery. I heard a lot of people had bad experiences, but i didnt hear anything negative about Juarez. Mexico. So i took a chance and i must say i had no problems. The staff and doctors at the hospital were nice and courteous even though there was a language barrier with some. Most understood a little English, it was not a problem communicating. Overall my experience was good and i would go back again. Hospital was very nice.

I am very well satisfied with belightweight and their doctors in Juárez. Skye is the nicest woman, she is very sweet and very helpful, willing to answer questions and she seams to relate very well with customers, she got along with me like a sister, that I never had, she answers text and calls the same day. My mom is going to use the company also she has booked for January, and my father said he wants a bypass too, all because of what I have told them about my experience, I am doing awesome, 18 days post op. You should give a gift card or small discount for referral, I trust belightweight and their doctors with my parents wellbeing. So that says it all. Decent accommodations, fast recovery, overall great value as compared to the US. I had my procedure done in late March of this year and I'm down 60 pounds. One of the best decisions I made and no regrets. I highly recommend their services.

Before I went, I followed the pre op diet. I didn't want any complications and it worked. I went with an open mind too. I met my friend in El Paso who flew in from San Diego who had a similiar Gastric operation and spoke spanish too. We both were so impressed on how nice the rooms were.Just like a resort. White slippers and large towels, along with shampoo and all the goodies. Shower was tiled in marble and glass. Great view in all the rooms. Really nice. I got done with the blood work and ex rays and we took off to find a resturant to eat that big last meal. There are so many nice people there. We were trying to find out how to call a taxi and ended up having a security gaurd out to lunch give us a ride to a fantastic resturant. We enjoyed what we ate and had fun listening to the Mariache band. The manager said that if we needed a ride back that he had an employee getting off work that would give us a ride back to the hospital. So we did! Such nice people. Back at the hospital, everything was different as far as care. You weren't bothered by anyone except the ones who either needed blood, or to give meds. Everyone introduced themselves coming in and what they needed. Then the operation went well. The Dr's explained everything ahead of time and then afterward I was able to go to the xray machine and watch how my new stomach worked. It made a lot of sense, once it was showed and explained. I know I made a great choice going to Beliteweight for my surgery. They really took care of me.

Starting with Jessica and ending with our driver who got us through border security in record time, the experience was superb! I had thought about doing the surgery for a long time, but made the decision rather quickly. I had asked to get scheduled within 3 weeks and Jessica made it happen. The medical staff at Hospital Angeles were extremely attentive and very informative of every step from surgery to recovery. The facility was immaculate! Food for my guest looked delicious (he said it was...I was on yummy broth!) I am so grateful for every person who made this possible! Even the room service, the cleaning staff, and the wonderful doctors and nurses! Especially the graveyard staff for making my nights comfortable and always being a press of the button away!
